' This Is It' marked its 27 year anniversary yesterday. This Is It is a cover from Melba Moore from 1976 and is one of Dannii's signature songs.

It was released as the album's third single in the third quarter of 1993 and reached the top ten in the United Kingdom, becoming Minogue's third top ten single and is regarded as one of her most popular singles. In Australia it reached the top twenty and became an airplay hit earning a gold certification. Despite missing the top ten, the single spent twenty weeks in the ARIA top fifty and was the forty-third highest selling single of the year, the third highest for an Australian artist. This Is It peaked at number 13 in Australia and number 10 in the UK.

This Is It is Dannii's 3rd best selling UK single.

Chart Run: 15 - 11 - 10 - 10 - 15 - 22 - 36 - 58

I really like the Video whilst others do not. Can you spot the real shark?

I also really loved the mash up with Jess Glynne's 'Real Love' at the 2015 Mardi Gras.

Yes, I remember how happy Dannii was with Julian McMahon. Well, it didn't last long...

I also like the original of This Is It. Four out of Dannii's first eight singles were cover versions. I can't imagine any new artist doing something like that nowadays.

It was too many covers in the opening of her career but This Is It was the highlight of the covers and remains a Dannii favourite of mine.

From the early part of Dannii's career it is a surefire highlight.
That said, it is one of her highlights among her entire career.

It’s a decent cover and one of her best earlier singles.
