There's quite a few rumours coming out of Macedonia that have been posted on ESC Forum by a reliable member when it comes to news from Macedonia.
First apparently someone from their broadcaster MRT have said "they want to win in 2016" and a possible entry announcement could arrive in January. Skopje Fest has already been confirmed as not being the selection process this year as it was for Daniel Kajmakoski last year and its rumoured that 2 well-known names are in the frame for a possible internal selection, one possibly being Elena Risteska although that could just be a fan rumour. Seems like positive things coming from Macedonia anyway, it's about time they had a turn around in Eurovision fortunes considering they've been one of the most committed former Yugoslavian countries even though they are one of the least successful! |

The UK Goovernment recognises it as 'The Republic of Macedonia' so it's Macedonia tyvm (go away Insomnio)
Although in other, better, news Kalliopi is back!

Out of the rumours I'd heard, Kaliopi was the 2nd best choice after Elena Risteska so I'm happy with this!  'Crno i Belo' only came alive when sung live, so hopefully the 2016 song will be as good in the studio version as it is live.

I have to say 'Crno i belo' is my least favourite Macedonian qualifier but hopefully she can bring something much better this time.

Pretty much what I expected, probably a bit more appealing that Crno i Belo was for me in terms of instant-ness as that didn't come alive until the live performance whereas this is nice in the studio version already. Should be a qualifier in that weaker second semi!

I actually really REALLY like this, straight out of 1995 and the chorus is SO overdramatic! Much better than 'Crno i belo' for me.
