Just read this too, although I won't be 100% convinced until there's official confirmation. But I love her voice in the video above, and apparently her song is about "violence towards women" so it could be very deep lyrically.

Presentation time changed to 9pm CET on March 12th also.

Confirmed by Eurovision.tv that it will be Sanja performing under her band name 'ZAA' with the song 'Goodbye', although Shelter is in the lyrics.
