Happy new year James!

Someone's been listening to a bit of Jessie Ware I see they're both great tracks from a great album, it's criminal how under-rated she is as an artist!

You're about 5 months late with 'Head & Heart' but nice to see it enter anyway, deffo one of the defining songs of 2020!

'Prisoner' is alright I guess but it's just... I dunno, not quite as amazing at it promises to be if that makes sense? The verses are definitely stronger than the chorus. Still, it's nice to get a collab between two great artists

'In The Morning' really needs to keep climbing, I love it so much right now! And as for the cover of the single... oooft!!

Lol @ all those Christmas songs still cluttering up the bottom end of the chart, it's January man, stop playing them! I can never bring myself to play Christmas songs past Christmas day

Btw the Jax Jones song is called 'I Miss U', just a little nitpick

Love that my first chart of yours has 2 new Jessie Ware entries! WYP was my album of the year, and WYP, Soul Control and Spotlight are my absolute faves. Sad though to see so many Steps songs dropping out.

Haven't heard the Georgia cover, though have loved a lot of her stuff, and will also check out the Caroline Polachek song.

Yes I have been listening to Jessie Ware! her album is very good and I am enjoying this return to what she was doing when she first started out.

I know I'm late whoops. I am really enjoying it though, so no complaints here

Prisoner I was really hating to bein with but moreso with how massive the song could have been with said artists collaborating. I think the song if taken on its own merits though, is actually very enjoyable. It'll be in for a fall next week though, probably almost out my chart. I'm tweaking how it all works, staring from Monday my next chart.

This Christmas songs will be gone next week

I'm currently reworking how my chart actually works, so this chart will look slightly different to usual. From now on, it will be based on a 4 week rolling period, still posted weekly and extended to a top 50. Please bear with me next week, since my chart will look a little out of whack from this week's. I think maybe this will make my chart also look a little more sensical in the future, i.e songs will have longer chart runs, reflecting the current chart more. Less jumps up and down, in a sense stabalising my chart. This new chart will also start from Monday 11th January.

yay for Prisoner finally breaking the chart and as high as #2 as well!!
what's made Head & Heart enter so late then? great tune though, it made my top 10.
I got over that Jax Jones song very quickly sadly, didn't even make my top 40.

Ooh what an impressive debut for 'Prisoner' Miley and Dua both released some great 80s synth influenced stuff recently so made sense for them to come together, what a tune <3 I'm also liking the new entries for Jessie Ware - 'Save A Kiss' especially as that's my favourite from her latest album

A few songs from 2020 making their first appearance I see! Head and Heart and i miss u are both great dance tunes, the former is definitely my favourite #1 from last year.

Glad to see I'm not the only one charting Christmas songs after Christmas too! Jess and Paloma both made great Christmas songs this year.

I used to absolutely adore Jessie Ware but I kind of fell off the wagon and have only just got round to listening to this album. It's fantastic.
Steps songs should re-enter next week but not for long. I'm reworking the process of how I gather the info for charting my songs and my chart is being extended, so it's gonna be hectic
Georgia's cover is fantastic and as for Caroline, check out what she did under the name Chairlift, as well!

The remix is fab, a lot better than the original version imo.
prisoner will fall next week, only because I'm re-evaluating my chart process I want my chart to appear more similar to the official chart.
I was joking off on entering Head & Heart because I kept entering other songs and pushing it back a bit. I'm extending my chart to a top 50 so that should help songs enter on a more timely manner as well.
I can see why you would get over I Miss U quite quickly. I like it for what it is, but he's done better and this is rather avarrgae as a song in the first place.

I was gutted that this got vetoed, honestly. I wasn't on buzzjack when it released sadly so I had no idea how popular it was. The Buzzjack Multichart archive will.now be my friend for making sure I don't try and enter a veto I think maybe this would have been my favourite entert since I rejoined as well my actual Bjsc entery is quite good though. Very Cheap Thrills imo.
Prisoner will fall on Monday if only because of my new charting system. We'll see.
I adore Save A Kiss. I am really enjoying her take on Dance? Music? Very nice!

Hey Adam!

I've always used Scrobbles, but I tend to move things about rather than sticking exactly to what it says because it never feels true in what my faves are, so the new system should reflect things more clearly and tbh, I've compiled my first chart using that, which I'll be posting soon and honestly, it feels much more realistic, except obviously the newer tracks are further down now until I've listened to them a bit more.

Oh, just you wait until you see where Gold is on my new chart This new system will also mean longer #1 runs

Like I just said, Prisoner will fall down today but it's only temporary.
This is the first time I've charted Head & Heart yes my reason is valid! I hear songs I prefer to that and add them to my rotative playlist and it pushes some songs down my playlist order. I have a list of songs I'm gonna chart on my phone, with a date for charting them but won't listen to them again until that date.

I clearly Raye it highly it's become one of my favourite ever Katy songs now. I love the video so much too.

Sweet Melody should be quite a bit higher again today as well

Shane Codd will have hit a new peak today when I post my chart. Don't you worry that song specifically was one of the reasons I think I wanted a new system. I really enjoyed it, and the way I compiled my chart before, certain songs were never peaking high enough.

Space should be another climber
