With half of the votes, and narrowly missing the top 3 we have the dark horse, Love Spent! A song that takes quite a twisted metaphor and makes it work; Madonna becomes her lover's property, change in their pocket, disposable and ready to be exchanged - but also this mirrors how she wants her lover to lavish her with love and throw everything at her. The material girl becomes the material ~ A very joyous song though beneath this, punchy and forthright and a worthy top 5 placing in this countdown.

Great final 3, I also want 'I'm Addicted' to win, between 'Gang Bang' & 'Girl Gone Wild', went for the latter, as the other two are much better and should have been the albums first 2 singles.

Yep, 'I'm Addicted' for the win, but 'Gang Bang' simply has to join it in the finale.

I think most would agree that 'I'm Addicted' is the song that should have commenced the MDNA era, although I do often wonder what would have happened had she returned with something as outrageous and out there as 'Gang Bang'. The reception would have been HUGE, especially if it premiered with a music video. Oh how things could have been.
