https://news.sky.com/story/tom-meighan-inte...for-me-12009689

This interview with Tom is from a couple of weeks ago. The incident took place on April 9th. So what I don’t get is that if you were due up in court for domestic assault two weeks later would you really be doing this happy sort of interview or any interview? Call me cynical but I think they all thought it could be brushed under the carpet which is why we are only hearing about it 3 months later. Probably convinced Tom’s girlfriend not to press charges but the CPS went ahead anyway hence the late statement from the band which I did find weird when the truth came out.

Kasabian have announced an intimate tour today, so looks like they are continuing without Tom - interested to see where they go from here! Sergio is certainly more than capable - new music has been confirmed by them.

So Kasabian's return kicked off last night with the start of their UK intimate tour, with Serge stepping up to vocals (with The Music's Rob Harvey on guitar/backing vocals). Looked like a great show! They're headlining Isle of Wight next year so I'll probably see them there.

Tom Meighan is also planning to kick off his solo career soon, sharing a preview of a new track on social media. Though tbh I'd rather not give him anymore of my time.
