Sky dropped her highly anticipated and massively delayed single from her forthcoming sophomore album today. She co-produced the track with 'Twin Peaks' music supervisor Dean Hurley. Cover story with Pitchfork about the new album here. Thoughts?

Three years later and looks like she hasn't been lying the past couple of months and that we finally might be getting a new song/the album coming soon!! (though as ever, I am not taking anything for granted until the music actually drops, we've heard "coming soon" one too many times x)

Surprised nobody has posted about it, but I'm really enjoying her new single Don't Forget (seems like it did actually come soon this time x)

She's also been doing a couple of ikonec festival performances recently so something definitely must be on the way surely

Ooooh, it's very industrial sounding.

Can't believe how long she's been away!

I'll never understand labels that do this with artists that are clearly not going to be breaking into the mainstream anytime soon. She could have released multiple projects and toured them (£££) at this point.

Especially with how age-obsessed the industry itself is - they've essentially wasted her entire 20s that should've been used to establish her fanbase. As you said, she should've had several albums / EPs out at this point that she could've toured.
