We got Tories in our Mayoral election too, tbf all of the candidates mostly seemed to want to get transport in gear which I am fully behind whoever does it, Bristol is awful for it and it seems like the rest of the metro area Tim Bowles will cover is too. Hopefully we see some improvement....

There seems to be enough determination across Liverpool, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle and Tyneside to hold the government to the promises they've made the north - especially with May wanting to capitalise on their Leave voters - for us to get at least HS3 and the transport improvement that is required on cross pennine routes. Future promises of support are defo coming to the Midlands Engine |

We are always Labour anyway I wouldn't read too much into them. Only the grey vote is active in these ones. The GE will be a shock for the Tories. |

Corbyn needs to plan huge Bernie-style rallies If he did thar, wit our grass roots rebellion against he media elite, he would stand a real chance. |
