As always, X Factor Australia has released the winner's single from that would have been released for the two runners up as well as the winner Marlisa...



Although I prefer Marlisa's Stand By You, this sounds like much more of a hit! It's like an edgier, more exciting version of Counting Stars (it puts me in mind of OneRepublic crossed with White Stripes). I expected something rockier but I'm sure that'll come with his "proper" material after the show. Just like Marlisa, this song is available on UK iTunes with a self titled debut album featuring this and most of his XF performances in studio form up for pre-order with a release date of the 21st November.
