'Teen Spirit' has properly hit me. Took the stunning video to do it but it's up there with her finest now.
No idea what direction this EP's going in but I'm here for it. |

This has now been upgraded to "debut album" (not sure how long that's been the case). The power of getting signed.
'Sweet November' is available to listen now and apparently 'Child's Play' got some radio airplay here?

Hmm. It's nothing like 'S' which is going to take me a while to get used to (& will probably never come close to matching that in terms of my personal adoration).
Really like though. 'Julia' remains the standout, but it sounds slightly out of place because the rest of the album is lacking those glorious synths (and where is the second part? </3). 'Babylon' with Kendrick is sensational as is 'Green Mile', 'Warm Winds' and of course 'Child's Play'. Not every song is sounding like a 10/10 moment like on 'S' but i really should stop comparing because she's still managed to create a ditty masterpiece and her lyrics are as raw/true as ever. Looks like it will take a while to sink in and then never leave like her previous efforts did. |

I have to admit I didn't know much about her until I saw the blog hype for this.
This is completely wonderful though. 'Warm Winds', 'Babylon' and 'Shattered Ring' are my favourites thus far I think. Lemme check out S. |
