Legit 3 of their best singles not in the top 20... Something Right, Obvious, Amazing cry.gif

common denominator: they are all not the first singles
they tend to release the "best" tracks as the second, third or last singles for the album sales

another notable track on their 20 most streamed songs, which is not released as a single in UK, is

When you're looking like that is their best track by far, a brilliant song! I loved You raise me up too really grew on me.

World of Our Own is my favourite! It was said to have sold 195,000 physicals in 2002, and it has somewhere between 117,000 to 120,000 from streaming. I wonder how far away from Gold it is?

I'm wondering if OCC might have missed out Fool Again from the most-streamed songs list? Out of all of their singles on Spotify, it's their 10th most streamed. Unless a disproportionate number of its streams were achieved outside of the UK, I suppose.

It's still needs some streams.. I find it really strange Westlife don't release/promote another version of this song a remix or a live version to expose themselves more into this streaming era.

Anyway My Love is the next one to be certified Gold long before World Of Our Own, so let's see it should be close.

They might eventually get one in the next couple of years with Uptown Girl.... They were on their peak on a different era, before the streaming so it's only fair not to have many million selling singles. They also must be close to 10 million singles in the UK alone which is a fantastic achievement as well. They must be close to 13.5 million albums as well, as well which makes them above 23 million CD's in the UK alone, comfortably 25 Million records including the DVD's.

14 smile.gif but yes back in the day the number ones stayed there for just 1 or a few weeks and not like today and you didn't need to have a million sales to get 1. smile.gif

Just a few questions. Are the streams on this list counted 1:100 or 1:600, or a mix?

Also who is credited the stream sales of When your looking like that, I ll see you again and I wanna grow old with you? The songs individually like they were singles or are being calculated only as album sales?

How can i build an updated list? smile.gif

I now have my answer - it’s been certified Gold today! This means it’s overtaken My Love.

WOW impossible! That means My Love is only a few thousands away from being GOLD as well...

And btw any idea which other singles are close to be certified? Tonight / Bop Bop Baby / WYTMTYLM ?

Impressive! Maybe their label made a mistake when they didn't make it a single in the UK.

It had total sales of 126,000 in January 2019. It's adding an average of 1,072 sales to its total every week, which is pretty remarkable. At this rate it's on course for Gold by December 2023.

It's overtaken Bop Bop Baby and When You Tell Me That You Love Me, neither of which has passed 200,000 sales yet. Westlife have 19 certified songs, I wonder how long it'll take them to get their 20th?

When you're looking like that should have been a single.
