Hi and welcome to my 2nd ever edition of NMTBJ! Here's a link to the first one if you want a hint of the sort of songs that are likely to appear.
The aim of the game is to identify the song title and artist for each of the instrumentals provided. You will receive half a point for the correct artist and half a point for the correct song title. Even if you don't know an answer, try to guess and you always have a chance of picking up some more points. Once you've done finished just PM me a 1-30 list of your answers. Have fun! Bonus: To keep in with the chart theme, all of these songs at least made the top 40 (and most much higher) apart from one which missed the top 100 completely. You will receive an extra 3 points if you can identify which one this is by name or song number in the quiz. If you don't know its worth just guessing a number!  Some of these were fairly easy then others I struggled at lot 8, 22, 25, and 30 a lot because I know I know them but I can't think what it is!

So I've definitely got 9 and maybe 1 other after first listen. It's so frustrating because there's a few that really sound familiar and others that sound like several songs.

I thought I would have a go at this, but it turns out to be pretty difficult! I've only named three for sure. Lots of others are familiar, but I can't name them (and some I have no idea about). Aaaagh! :-)

OK this is MUCH harder than I was expecting! I think I've got 10 for definite so far but recognise quite a few of the others so hopefully more will come to me with repeated listens.

I know that I know so many more than I've got down but the fact that most of them are bits of songs that usually have vocals on takes me off the right path! Got 5 so far, #10 is REALLY annoying me though because I know that riff so well.

I'm rubbish at Album Cover Puzzle usually, I think your round looks like it may have been a little easier than they usually are for me but I still only see about 13 or 14 looking back that I think I'd definitely have got, and maybe a couple more if I really put effort in. So... I'd probably have finished in the bottom 2  I did intend to enter but the final day of voting was just a really busy day for me and I totally forgot about it until the following morning by which point you weren't accepting any more answers oops |
