I feel it's going to take a long time for me to get bored of this masterpiece if everrrr. I discover something new with each listen.

'Honey' is absolutely stunning Maybe even prefer it to 'Missing U'.

Oops.
I'm really not feeling it much at all In fact this whole era has been kinda disappointing atm. GAHHH. I'm just finding it all a bit "there" and a bit "eh not bad but she can do better". |

I'm in this boat too, and I was pretty much bumming Robyn from "With Every Heartbeat" onwards. I think perhaps as standalone songs there's not too much to stand out about them but as an album it'll all sound coherent and excellent, though, a bit like Christine and the Queens new album. |

Same here, Missing U was fine I suppose but I haven't gone back to it much. I totally understand that it's great, polished pop, she's great at that but I'm just not getting a lot from it personally. |

Honey is incredible - the production, the lyrics. So evocative, it has soul and feels really special listening to it. It captures everything we love from her in one song.
I think there is a disconnect for some people because it's less obvious than Body Talk? Missing U and Honey both submerge you in their sound and wash you along with them. There is a subtlety to them, but the hooks are still there. |

Is anyone else discovering more to this the more they listen to it?

I LOVE THIS. I only liked it at first but after more listens I've become addicted. Is this getting a single push do we know? Because Missing U still seems to be impacting at the moment but this is far superior imo.

subtle for sure but it blooms with more listens! i'm also in adoration of the lyric video visuals - who knew honey could be so sexy?

Admittedly, I was unsure about 'Honey' when I first heard it. It wasn't until I was playing it this morning after I had woken up and was lying in bed that it clicked. The production really starts to draw you in. I still have the "you're not gonna get what you need / I have what you want" hook and those "oh oh oh oh" synths that Dandy picked up on echoing in my head.

It’s amazing, much prefer it to Missing U. It’s subtle yet urgent in the verses, quite euphoric in the bridge before becoming warm and welcoming in the chorus. The slight rhythm/percussion change in the first bridge is another high, I’m starting to obsess too

Quoting myself but I don’t care. Definitely not too early, this is song of the year material. Can’t remember the last time I’ve been so obsessed with a song 😭😭😭 I am feeling the same too. I have struggled with my mental health for years and Honey feels like she's reaffirming the lyrics to herself and to the listener. It's really wonderful. |
