Oh I kind of get what you mean but there wouldn't be any visible distinction anyway (it'll appear as Queen & Adam Lambert whether or not they consider 'Queen + Adam Lambert' to be a distinct entity from Queen, which going by the example of 'You Are The Champions' it appears they don't - but then again the OCC artist pages have always been very inconsistent with which collaborations actually appear where they are supposed to so it's not exactly a reliable resource).
