BBC Radio2 has A-Listed Today and put it as Record of the Week this week!!!!
Great to see that even as an Indy they still have some fans in the BBC Radio world. Will be interesting to see if this involves a little bump for Today on streaming |

I wonder if we'll get a music video at some point? Either way, nice to see, hopefully it means it'll continue to get streams and maybe put on playlists on Spotify. |

Not sure how correct this is (RIP Compare My Radio), but it does seem like Today has been played by a bunch of minor stations too: https://onlineradiobox.com/track/2089747446...cs=uk.bbcradio2
Hopefully Radio 2 picking it up will at least inspire some other radio stations to play it. (Also, "stan" Konnect Radio, the perfect mix of secular and Christian music!) This post has been edited by tommie: 2nd February 2023, 08:10 AM |

I guess with this it’ll remain a staple of their tour set lists this year.

Radio 2 picking up will also mean BBC Local Radio stations will play it as their playlist usually mirrors R2

20!!! On the UK airplay chart thanks to the exposure - it only had 91 spins, but 22.5m audience impressions, which shows you how far reaching Radio 2 is (in comparison, RAYE at #19 had 2,014 spins and 23.14m AI and Anne-Marie at #21 had 1,496 spins and 21.78m AI).
Hopefully more local stations will pick Today up. |

Looks like this week it climbed to 10? From the looks of what I’m seeing on insta I think they're talking about the Rolling 7 Day Chart on UK Airplay Chart.com: http://ukairplaychart.com/uk/rolling_week/ It's not the official chart, so we won't know until next Sunday, but good news if it'll climb. I think it would be great if it could get picked up beyond Radio 2 and their local radio stations. |

They've uploaded the official audio to their YouTube channel:
Would be good if they could do a lyric video at least to it (and in all honesty all other tracks - I guess it would be an expense for them though). |

Doubt they'll push more songs to radio - if what in the rags is true, then a potential record label would want to push a new single at the end of the year and doing too much with The Lost Tapes would take the wind out of a Sugababes "comeback".

This is fairly organic and feels quite like a “look at what we can do on our own, imagine what we could do on your label” almost like negotiation showcase

Stable at #20 on airplay this week, though an increase in spins + audience impressions. It really needs to get picked up by more stations though:
20 20 SUGABABES Today 216 +137% 23.38 +4% |

It'll likely fall in airplay this week as it got into the lower top 30 on the rolling week chart (the lowest I observed it was #27), but it's seemingly started to rise again and is up to #17 on RW chart:
http://ukairplaychart.com/uk/rolling_week/ I hope this means it's started to get picked up by other radio stations besides R2. |
