If you'd had have got beaten by them tonight all would have been lost!
Great result for Spurs! |

If work weren't being arseholes and refusing to let me take holidays in my notice period then I could have had a second row ticket on the halfway line for tonights match. Absolutely raging but utterly thrilled with our second half performance. Not holding my breath for sunday though.

Considering the amount of prominent Liverpool and United fans on here, this draw must capture the imagination!!

Liverpool vs Manchester United will be a good match and hopefully have the same outcome as the Premier League matches between these two this season. If the bookmakers are right then it looks like Tottenham are done for in the next round.

Liverpool v Man United in Europe will be quite the occasion and certain to be hyped to death by the media. Considering how average both teams have been this season, this takes on huge significance for both clubs.

That is a cracking draw, think the Europa actually looks more exciting than the Champions League this season. I do like the look of Shakthar Donetsk and think they could be an outside bet at 14/16's for the whole thing, should definitely get past Anderlecht anyway.

I turned on sky sports news there before bed at 10 and it wasn't one of the top stories....wonder why that is..... |

Well I'm delighted given that our FA Cup game against United will now be sandwiched by two games against Liverpool, with a Manchester derby the weekend after. Here's hoping for a replay.

Perfect draw for us really considering LVG's 100% record

Liverpool were f***ing outstanding tonight. Truly a joy to watch a team so committed to attacking play. United were damper than a submerged squid and deserved to lose by 4-0 at the very least. They're so lucky to have de Gea.

Knew we'd play Man Utd off the park tonight. They fluked the home win in the league and the only way they were going to win tonight was with a fluke. Man Utd were really dire, thought Liverpool caused it with all the movement of the front 4 players.

If Real Madrid's fax machine hadn't gone awry, then it could have easily been 5-0 to Liverpool.
Liverpool were very classy last night under Klopp. |

Oh great thanks BT Sport Showcase would have thought they would show the Man Utd v Liverpool match as part of their 12 free to air matches.
