Hey y'all!

it's been a week since K-pop opened a brand new hub for YouTube statistics since that seems to be a big thing around the streaming heavy fandom culture. Since then, several acts have reached milestones:

- J-Hope scored his first solo video to reach 100 million views with Daydream!
- BTS had their debut video, No More Dream, hit 100 million on BigHit's official channel! Two more videos also reached milestones: Dope (1thek upload) reached 500 million and DNA recently broke 800 million!
- G-Dragon recently scored another video with 100 million views for Untitled, 2014!

BTS continues to deliver! After a huge debut week for MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 with the album debuting at #1 in several countries, including the top five music markets (the first album to do so since Born This Way), the content keeps on coming! The MV release for ON went through swimmingly, but the boys decided to also throw in a video for Black Swan! Check out the video and comment on the song by clicking on the gif above!

How about some Girls Generation, 2NE1 or BLACKPINK (something not as obvious as 'Kill This Love' - although that got you kicked out last time, right?!) 'Flower Power' or 'I Got A Boy' for GG or 'I'm The Best' maybe for 2NE1, but these might be better being used later?

In fact how would BTS - DNA do, do you think?

With Flower Power - would it be that much of a risk to send a Japanese single as the first choice?

BP has a ton of choices, Boombayah/AIIYL could possibly do better, same for 2NE1 but with I Love You

for a long shot I considered f(x), ITZY or LOONA but idk how much recognition they’d get compared to the normal K-pop titans

that makes me want to go for BLACKPINK but not one of their staple title tracks lmao, even Girls Generation - The Boys would work well

See the interesting thing with k-pop is that the “relatively popular but not too big” track pool is still so huge and diverse that we’re still spoiled for choice

Ooh BOA might be a good choice tbh!

But I think Psy - Gentleman (a song that might get even the casual of fans on board?) And perhaps ITZY due to its incredibly recent success in PFSC? (I would probably vote for the latter - but ngl I'd struggle with Psy, however this forum is more chart orientated so could play to it's favour)

Im so nervous coz K-Pop did awfully last time with a song I assumed would be an easy and safe bet!
