I like some of The Vamps' DJ collabs, but I wish they'd make more solo stuff. (Just My Type was fantastic)

I'm no lawyer so I wouldn't know tongue.gif

But if they do have the same producer, I'd imagine he/she would know that the song sounds like Rain and credit the writers of that song. (unless the song deliberately sampled Rain from the beginning).

It's A Lie (their song with TINI) was deliberately sampled by a random artist before, but they didn't bother to sue. laugh.gif

Rain is probably my least favourite song of the last couple of years but surprisingly I don't hate the clip of this...

Still, if Just My Type and Hair Too Long flopped, their best songs since their debut, I don't see this doing anything

Yeah, Hair Too Long - Just My Type was good but flopped compared to All Night - Middle of the Night. All Night alone had 370 million streams.

Brad did have writing sessions in the US for weeks with Chris Wallace of the White Tie Affair and other hitmakers.

I believe "Just My Type" type of songs are still on the way, which excites me.

tbh this. It doesn’t sound extremely disappointing or generic like Rain did so that’s a plus.

I’m very unsure if they’ll be able to get a hit at all at this rate. In terms of the top 75, Middle Of The Night was ages ago and nothing else they’ve tried seems to have gotten the public’s attention. Unless you’re in Scotland.

It's up to their team to really push the song, like what they did to All Night.

Let's hope their management will put an effort to add their new song at least on Hot Hits UK. wub.gif

Their collab Sigala, "We Don't Care" though was on Today's Top Hits for quite some time. Yet they did not push the song. dry.gif No music video and promo. Maybe even them did not expect the song to be added on TTH. rotf.gif
