It certainly has picked up alot this year. It was in the Gavin & Stacey episode that got repeated on BBC One last night, which is massively helping it today.

Similarly to Times Like These, both Midnight Sky and Head & Heart were included in TOTP.

I don't think iTunes gift card effect exists any more. There will be more gift cards to streaming services if anything.
