In a dream world, Diamon Heart would win but realistically it probably won't even be top 5 Prediciting Million Reasons to win with Perfect Illusion and John Wayne not far behind?

14 // JUST ANOTHER DAY // 5.32
IT WAS LOVE: Oricon (9), Andrew (8) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (0), Haus (1), Tyler (1) Inspired by Bowie, this electro style ballad (NO idea how to describe this one?) finishes last in your ranking! Whilst this song doesn't SCREAM last placing to me, it is a bit of a non entity alone Choice lyrics: But today I won't be so hard on me, I'll walk alone down a different street, and smile at all the new strange I meet 13 // COME TO MAMA // 6.11 IT WAS LOVE: Jonjo (11), Ultraviolence1989 (11) IT WASN'T LOVE: Jade (2), burbe (2), Tyler (2) Sure quite a lot of you will be happy to see this dip out early! I'll let someone else do the criticising To me I just really appreciate the lyrics of this, and love how fun it is to sing along to! idc if it's cheesy Choice lyrics: The only prisons that exist are ones we put each other in |

Aw, I love Come to Mama too :') It's not in my top five or anything but the lyrics especially are lovely and again the cheesey-ness of it is kind of a good thing, I can't help but lip sync along to it when I hear it

12 // ANGEL DOWN (WORK TAPE) // 6.56
IT WAS LOVE: Ultra (10), Oricon (10), River Lea (9) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (0), Haus (3) Not going to say LOADS on this one, as the main version of this which appears later (thankfully !) was ofc my 11. This version of Angel Down is incredibly raw and passionate. So excited to hear this one out on tour Choice lyrics: WHERE ARE OUR LEADERS (this to always be screamed dramatically) 11 // HEY GIRL // 6.61 IT WAS LOVE: Ultra (9.5), Josh (8.5), Jahq (8.5) IT WASN'T LOVE: River Lea (3), Jade (4), Haus (4) OKAY I'm not going to lie, for a collab between two of my favourite artists, this was quite underwhelming initially! However I did find this one to grow on me quite a lot, I do like how their voices work together on this, a very cute back and forth! Choice lyrics: Hey girl, hey girl, we don’t need to keep on one-in up another |

Don't get why everyone seems to be so negative about Hey Girl, as Lotti said, I love how it flits between the two and it really builds up towards the end, obviously not the most banging Lady Gaga track but it sounds lovely on the ears at least !

10 // GRIGIO GIRLS // 7.21
IT WAS LOVE: Oricon (10), Andrew (10) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (1), Rob (3), dandy* (3), Tyler (3) And the last of the bonus tracks are out! this song I've really came to appreciate a lot more recently, especially after hearing from Gaga what it is about! a really powerful song about sisterhood and sticking up for one another, anytime I hear this I just want to grab all my friends and force them to sing with me :') Choice lyrics: So we'll turn on a bachelorette, dye Ashley's hair red, and then we'll have our sixth, spice girl in this bitch 09 // JOHN WAYNE // 7.37 IT WAS LOVE: Andrew (11), Oricon (10) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (0), Tyler (2.5) is it just me or does 09 feel quite low for this!? another one which is fun to dramatically screech along to Choice lyrics: It's like, I just love a cowboy, you know, I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad, but I'm just like, can I just like, hang off the back of your horse, and can you go a little faster?! |

08 // JOANNE // 7.53
IT WAS LOVE: Andrew (10), blacksquare (10), Oricon (10) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (1), Lotti (4) the deeply personal title track of the album, a dramatic ballad obviously dedicated to Joanne! 4 was possibly a bit harsh for this, but this is definitely the weakest on the album for me Choice lyrics: And I'll still love you even if I can't, see you anymore, can't wait to see you soar 07 // A-YO // 7.63 IT WAS LOVE: Oricon (10), Liam (10), Josh (10), Jade (10) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (-1), dandy* (6), Haus (6) HERRREEEEEEEEEEEE WE GO this remains an ABSOLUTE JAM (although I'm still v glad Million Reasons was chosen as a single choice over this!). I've seen some videos of her practicing choreography of this for the VS show, HYPED Choice lyrics: Get off on me, my body's got you pleadin', light me up and breathe in, mirror on the ceilin' |

06 // DANCIN' IN CIRCLES // 7.82
IT WAS LOVE: Jade (11), Oricon (10), Lukuzz (10), Lotti (10) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (2), Jahq (4) Choice lyrics: I'm singin' dancin' in circles, feels good to be lonely I still laugh at the tweet which is like "only gaga can dedicate an album to her family and then write a masturbation anthem" !!! another huge standout on the album for me, maybe a potential single choice in the future? 05 // SINNER'S PRAYER // 7.84 IT WAS LOVE: Lukuzz (10), Jonjo (10) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (4), Tyler (4.5), Jade (5) ...and I'm surprised this ended top 5! you can certainly see the Father John Misty relevance on this one, but imo it's not really a huge standout on the album Choice lyrics: Hear my sinner's prayer, I am what I am, and I don't wanna break the heart of any other man |

Oh wow, I thought John Wayne was beloved here but apparently not, probably just outside my personal top 5 though so not bothered about that placing.
A-yo would be in my top three, Michael got me hyped for it and it certainly delivered, would love it to be a single down the line. |

I hated this album at first, then I kinda liked it, now I'm in the can't-really-be-bothered-to-listen-to-it-again camp.

09 // JOHN WAYNE // 7.37 IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (0), Tyler (2.5) Erm Hey Girl is the second best song! 06 // DANCIN' IN CIRCLES // 7.82 IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (2), Jahq (4) What wonderful displays of taste!!! (we'll forget the 1 for Joanne, ew ) Glad John Wayne didn't finish any higher like I'd have expected it to, don't understand the fuss at all, the worst on the standard album for me. The title track is so underrated, I find so much beauty in it And Hey Girl is fab, it's the way their voices work together that completely makes it. |

04 // ANGEL DOWN // 8.16
IT WAS LOVE: Lotti (11), River Lea (11), Ultra (10), Liam (10), Andrew (10), Oricon (10) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (1) () YAAAAAAAAAAAS The closer of the standard version, Angel Down is SO hard hitting and completely gets me everytime. Absolutely stunning/perfect. Gaga at her finest (absolute no bias here ) Choice lyrics: Angel down, angel down, but the people just stood around 03 // DIAMOND HEART // 8.24 IT WAS LOVE: Josh (11), Diamond Heart (11 ), Lotti (10), Ultra (10), Liam (10), Andrew (10), Oricon (10) IT WASN'T LOVE: burbe (5), Tyler (5), Davidson (5) And from the closer... to the opener! Another flawless moment which sets up the album perfectly imo Hoping this opens up the tour as well Choice lyrics: I’m not flawless but I gotta diamond heart PERFECT ILLUSION VS. MILLION REASONS |
