I just heard on radio news 1 that TOTP won’t be on over Xmas ☹️
Apparently due to covid they couldn’t record it Maybe this is wrong? Hope so! They could show videos instead and do a review of the year ? (I’d love that personally!) |

Surely this year is easier than ever to get big names. Kylie can send in a song from her livestream, Mel C too, Dua I'm sure could send in a home performance and so on.

And it has been earlier than this so it's not too bad.. and less likely to clash with Christmas dinner  They might be able to announce the Christmas number one - they did so in 1994 and 2005. |

Bit geeky but Clara is off radio 1 next Monday, which I think is around the time that always film it so I’d be surprised if she’s not doing it again!

They don't usually even do a countdown.. just play the number 1 video at the end of the show
