Omfg this has blown me away on first listen in a way no comeback has this year apart from Wolf Alice. Expected a typical Wombats upbeat indie pop track and this moody genius lyrical led masterpiece then that banging end. Hope it continues to grow on me through this week!
Yeah I wasn't really sure at first, but it really is quite the stunner! I don't imagine it'll be the lead single that's pushed given the sound/length, so hopefully an indie banger does come soon.

Yeah the singles have grown on me loads over the last months, especially IYELICWY.
A video for ‘This Car Drives All By Itself’ was released today, a good choice for the next single!
Just listened to this and really enjoyed it.
Looking set to be their first #1 album!
Shocked they haven’t had a number one album before as they seem a very well established act.
But can see them only getting to no2 by Friday unfort!
Im also positive they will make it, just need 2K more
For some reason I thought The Modern Glitch had been #1 but just checked and it peaked at #3, same for their last album
They only sold like 300 copies yesterday 😕 let’s hope they do get a deserved number one, the album sounds classic Wombats after my first listen!
Honestly at this point it feels like it would be more noteworthy to post when artists don't do things like this lol xx
