Thanks guys for the comments. Yes, some good stuff coming in now. Am really liking "Jealous"
QUOTE Michael, can you post any personal 80s weekly charts in retro part of forum ? Yes, I have them all typed up. I'll start a thread in the archive section. Feels bizzare really that all those years ago, writing those charts in my bedroom at 9 years old that someday I would have a situation such as this where I could show them (or anyone would care!). Thanks for the comments. |

Yes, I have them all typed up. I'll start a thread in the archive section. Feels bizzare really that all those years ago, writing those charts in my bedroom at 9 years old that someday I would have a situation such as this where I could show them (or anyone would care!). In time period from 1999 to 2005 (my age was from 16 to 22) had the personal chart. Unfortunatelly I didn't save anything from them. I got Internet in 2011 and was very surpised, when found many personal charts on UKMix and another forums. Before I thought, that I'm only the one person on the Earth, who compiled the personal chart. Somewhere in the end of 2012 I became a fan of retro music and retro (official and personal too) charts, it's amazing feeling when you can find something low-known / forgotten, but still beautiful song after 15-20-25.... and even 50+ years after the official release. Yes, I've recently had a look back at the 70s and 80s charts and have found lots of songs I never heard before. I'll move on to the 90s soon. Even though I was doing charts at the time, there was still some stuff that I didn't know about but do now thanks to the internet.
What a shame though that you didn't keep your early charts. Maybe you can recreate them week by week by re-listening to all the songs in the chart from then |
