55 nations voted and tonight one song will be chosen as the 114th winner of the Buzzjack Song Contest. (unfortunately 3 nations failed to vote - elėdan will be facing a 33% deduction and will be banned from the next contest alongside Buzzjack Mountain and New Lexico) While we await Thanos' arrival, why not make a few predictions? |

Pavel still didn't vote again? :'( I hope we at least won't have to wait 84 years for another Elėdan return x
Hoping to avoid a bottom 5 finish and something I voted for to win xx |

I can sit back & relax on this one as I have a pretty good idea who will have voted for my entry and roughly where I'll finish (18th - 23rd, hold me to that).
Found the Oslol entry very ordinary oops so wanting an aeroche (lol at my phone auto-correcting that to earache!!!) or seyetana victory from the leading favourites. |

I'd be more than down for another Aeroche victory tbh, this song wasn't immediately a fave for me but it has been one of the biggest growers. Still mainly rooting for Séyetana tho cos it's about time. x

I wouldn't be mad at an Oslol win, but you know, I do have country national pride to rep, so while I will likely not be here for all of it, I am very excited to see how this plays out and will welcome any and all Séyetana votes.

We need a Seyetana win! Would it be a first for Iz?

I think at least one of Suedeonias top three is a country that has never been so high before.

Yep, potentially my first. First-time winner fanclubs, pre-contest odds say I'm your favourite.
now does Kylienips still hold that most entries before winning or is it now Ojnoj? Because it's easy to count for the former and I'm ahead of that now. |

It is still Kylienips (on their 75th attempt obvz), Ojnoj were 3 months short of matching it! I hadn't realised you'd joined Tinnmark and Espen in the list of countries that would break that record if they got a win now. Kluminican Republic and Terra Avium are also not far off ;o

A few will dominate perhaps. Strong contest. Eden XO might clean up.

After hearing they haven't won yet, I'm rooting for Kylienips to finally get their win after their amazing entry this month! I sense my odds aren't very high of winning myself so I'll latch onto KN instead.
Don't really get the hype behind the Oslol entry. I don't find it bad at all, just distinctively average. This post has been edited by cantthinkofaname: May 20 2019, 05:55 PM |
