I'm not a fan of either one of JD or AH and I really think they're both as horrendous as each other, personally. But Johnny has been and still is getting away with it all unscathed and THAT bothers me. I don't know why promoters just can't ignore both of them when it comes to opportunities like this, but I'm especially surprised about this with her!

Maybe I shouldn't be as she's offended people (specifically Muslims) before in favour of her Savage x Fenty stuff (but this is also news to me)

Really disappointed with her, especially with everything that went on between her and Chris sad.gif

oh that’s disappointing to see but it does appear that Depp seems to be “uncancellable” so I guess Rihanna’s figured she wouldn’t get much backlash from it.

I have the same view as you, I think both of them are horrid but he really got out of it scot free.

Variety seems to have confirmed it. I’m really shocked she’s doing this it’s so tone deaf. Very very disappointing I thought she was much better than this but seems like she’s just another one of those celebrities

Well that’s stupid because Olly Alexander represents a huge part of her male buying customers. So if he is repulsed by it and does not buy them any more then potentially thousands of others will feel the same.

Rihanna probably doesn’t care what anyone thinks… but Olly’s statement was reported widely, it’s a knock to her brand that one of the high profile faces of the brand has turned their back on it.

I’m still dumbfounded by the decision to use Johnny Depp. I watched the video and it was… unappealing.

Olly’s presence, bar a few twinks in the uk, will not have much add on effect. He can’t even get a uk top 10.
