I really want to buy this game but I'm struggling to justify spending $79 on a game when I have no job... but I really want it... but I have no money...
That said I did finish the main storyline of Mystery Dungeon the other day so maybe I am due a new game |

Me and Camden are VERY tempted to get a Nintendo Switch just for Animal Crossing, but finding it hard to locate an original (rather than the Lite). Anyone know anywhere?
I would get the Lite myself but he wants to play on the TV. |

Finally got this and spent pretty much all weekend playing it. Such a perfect game.

The stalk market is a damned cruel mistress. Decided to splash 150k on turnips and (per turnipprophet) I’m going to LOSE IT ALL.

Same Waste of money and so overrated. It's low key boring af. My boyfriend has a huge cute island and spends like hours at a time on it, he keeps going "when you get this it gets better" but I just can't be bothered? When I left it I was having to get bits for other islander's houses rather than my own and I just couldn't be arsed anymore. I get that it being "chill" is good for some people but idk I just get so bored by the mundane things you do and doing the same things every day, it was cute at first but like only for so long |

See I love the rote nature of it, it’s a really simple game metric but it’s engrossing. The other half doesn’t get it though, so i guess I’m just happy doing mundane things.

I've been really getting back into this lately with the new Fall/Halloween update! I can't wait to see what they have for Christmas next.
