Hey there Dan!
That's christmas fallout, it is expected, but wow, "Fades Away" and "Roses" in the top 10 is good to see!
As well as the huge return for "Pump It Up" and the huge gain for "Own It" into the top 40.
I also like the return for "Blinding Lights" and the debuts for "Never Seen The Rain", "The Box" and "My Oh My"!

#1 This Week


In a close race for the first #1 of the decade CloudNone clinches back the #1 that he had held since November with 'Changed', now spending its 9th week at #1. Avicii climbs all the way back to #2 with 'Heaven' following a strong EOY effect, just losing out on extending its record run at the top. Meanwhile current single 'Fades Away' gains a new peak of #3 having previously peaked at #8. Other hits from Jax Jones and Richard Durand complete the top five.

The first chart of the year is always a particularly messy one with all the Christmas songs departing, plus there are the boosts for the big songs of the year as you'd expect. As it is also the end of the decade I've also been listening to many of my top tracks of the last ten years. The absolute fave of those, 'Levels' by Avicii, is the week's biggest returning entry back at #7. This week's entries are limited to songs that recently charted or appeared high on my 2019 EOY so no other Avicii classics or big faves from years ago will be re-entering. This means Avicii also returns with 'Tough Love' at #28, 'SOS' at #59 and 'Peace of Mind' at #93.

There is however one new arrival to the top 10 and it comes from Saint Jhn and Imanbek with 'Roses', a track that could potentially be a future UK smash hit. It leaps to #10. Also returning this week is a song that will be heading into the UK top 10 this week but Endor has to settle for a new peak of #15 here so far with 'Pump It Up'. Other songs returning to the top 40 with new peaks are those for Metrik, Eelke Kleijn and Tinlicker.

Martin Solveig would be spending his 4th week in the top 40 with 'Juliet & Romeo', except if you hadn't noticed it was December last month so he had to settle for a #42 peak... until now as it jumps to #24. It becomes his landmark 10th top 40 hit. Stormzy also climbs in with 'Own It' giving himself a 4th top 40 hit and also brings Ed 'Chart Killer' Sheeran back for his 7th top 40 appearance (his first since 'Don't' back in 2014). Grum returns to the chart at #39 with 'Tomorrow' getting him a third top 40 hit (also his first since 2014), having recently turned to making progressive trance. Finally we do have a brand new entry in the top 40 and it comes from Key4050 and Plumb. Their song 'I Love You' was discovered recently on A State Of Trance where it was voted the 4th best song of 2019.

It happens every year, I stop listening to Christmas music about 2/3 days after Christmas.
Fades Away could potentially get Avicii another #1 hit and Roses will be very big in this chart too.
Those songs could all keep climbing potentially too.

That casual drop from #1 to #11 for CloudNone and then straight back to #1

Giving I Love You a listen as well, quite a nice song with some fab vocals as well from Plumb again.

Nice to see Juliet & Romeo make it into the Top 40, I've been a big fan of that one recently (in my Top 10 right now). Nice to see Never Seen the Rain enter as well although it's not as good as Dance Monkey or Johnny Run Away for me!

#1 This Week


Avicii climbs to #1 with 'Fades Away' to get his first #1 of the decade. It is also his 23rd #1 in total and follows previous singles 'SOS', 'Tough Love' and 'Heaven' to become the album Tim's 4th #1. It also means 2020 is now the 10th consecutive year in which Avicii had at least one song going to #1 (although his 2018 #1s were both songs that made #1 in previous years).

Which means that 'Changed' by CloudNone once again falls from #1 after spending its 9th week at the top, although it is only down to #2 this time, having been pushed to #11 in post-Christmas week. Jax Jones climbs to #3 with 'This Is Real' continuing its long top 10 run (16 weeks so far) despite having never reached #1 (its run starting to look reminiscent of his own 'You Don't Know Me' – which spent 22 weeks in the top 10 with a #2 peak, the joint-record for a non-#1 alongside Gareth Emery & Ashley Wallbridge's 'Amber Sun' from last year). Jumping to a new peak of #4 is Saint Jhn with 'Roses', which is increasingly looking likely to eventually reach #1. Completing the top five is Avicii's 'Heaven' (spending its 31st week in the top 10 - a feat only outdone by 'Lonely Together' which did 35 weeks).

As 'Levels' drops from the top 10 Don Diablo returns with 'Congratulations' at #10, having initially peaked at #7 prior to the Christmas rush. Entering the top 20 are Eelke Kleijn with 'Lost Souls' at #17 (on its 17th week in the chart too) as well as Metrik's 'Gravity' at #19 and Martin Solveig's 'Juliet & Romeo' at #20. Climbers outside the top 20 include Tinlicker up to #25 with 'Lost', Key4050 2 places off the debut up to #27 with 'I Love You' and Grum up to #33 with 'Tomorrow'.

With EOY/EOD season still in full effect it is once again a slow week for new releases. Which means there are no brand new entries in the top 40 this week. The sole new entry to the top 40 comes from Tones and I whose 'Never Seen the Rain' climbs to #37 having entered at #45 last week, becoming her 2nd top 40 hit as 'Dance Monkey' remains in the top 10. Re-entries come from Just Kiddin at #34 and Claudia Cazacu at #40.

that's just how my chart is at Christmas I guess. he's back off #1 again now anyway.
I Love You could eventually go top 20 here, it's a bit of a grower. Juliet & Romeo is top 20 this week too.
I'm enjoying Never Seen the Rain a fair bit more than Johnny Run Away (that never made top 100), hope it's somewhat of a hit for her in the UK soon.

#1 This Week


The third week of 2020 brings the third #1 of 2020, with Gareth Emery smashing in at #1 with 'Yesterday' - assisted by Nash and Linney. It is the year's second new #1 following Avicii's 'Fades Away' last week, and it is the first #1 to have been released this year. It also becomes Gareth Emery's third #1 hit, following 2015's 'Hands' and 2017's 'Saving Light'. He was unlucky enough to peak at #2 with three different songs last year - those were 'Take Everything', 'Amber Sun' and 'Mezzanine'. A lack of competition this week (and the high song quality!) however means 'Yesterday' easily takes this week's #1.

'Fades Away' drops down to #2 following its one week at the top - and the rest of last week's top six also drop down a single place. The one other entry in the top 10 comes from Armin van Buuren. 'Runaway' entered at #7 following the album release and now with its Danævii radio push it climbs back up to #10.

It is a significantly bigger week for new releases now, with end of year season drawing to a close the first big releases of the year are coming out. Alongside the new entry at #1, Becky Hill is new at #13 with 'Better Off Without You'. It follows her Christmas release 'Only You' which peaked at #6. It features Shfit K3Y who gets his first chart appearance since 'Gone Missing' (#40, 2015).

Future & Drake enter at #14 with their track 'Life Is Good', giving Future his first hit since featuring on 'Rollin' for Calvin Harris (#1, 2017). It is also Drake's first hit since 'Sicko Mode' (#29, 2018) having had a quiet 2019. Also entering in the top 20 are trance group Fatum with 'Wait For The World' alongside Jaren at #17. It is their third hit following 'Mowgli' (#1) and 'More of Your Love' (#10) both achieved in 2018.

Climbing into the top 40 are two rap hits; 'Gangsta' at #36 giving Darkoo her first hit and 'The Box' at #40 giving Roddy Ricch his first hit. Watermät & Sneaky Sound System also climb in with 'Raise' at #39. It is the first hit for SSS however they probably would've had a couple in the 00s if the chart extended that far back. It is Watermät's 6th, with his most recent being 'Need U' (#36, 2018).

There's also a load of new entries lower down as I've done a clear-out of the long runners in the bubblin' under section now that new music is starting to take priority over my year-end list (although my EOY thread is still ongoing!).

Hi Dan!

Really like the new Gareth Emery track at number one, possibly the best track I've heard from him so far! Good to see This Is Real, Heaven and Save You still in the top ten here too.

Nice to see Darkoo, Watermat and Roddy Ricch all making their way into the top 40 this week, hopefully Blinding Lights and Hold On (my current top two) can continue climbing here and join them soon! Great new entries lower down for Robin Schulz and Lane 8 as well.

In Your Eyes should climb a bit for me this week, it's one of Robin's best in a while.

I wouldn't agree but it's definitely another great track from him. Was expecting it to have a fairly lengthy #1 run but new Avicii and Calvin Harris songs are coming on Friday.
Those two could continue to climb although I'm not sure if they'll ever reach top 40.

#1 This Week


Gareth Emery takes the Danævii #1 for a second week with 'Yesterday', however next week he has big competition from new releases by Calvin Harris and Kygo/Avicii/Sandro Cavazza making it the biggest race for #1 we've seen in a long while. Meanwhile current Avicii single 'Fades Away' holds at #2 with Jax Jones up to #3, Saint Jhn up to #4 and CloudNone down to #5. Eelke Kleijn enters the top 10 with 'Lost Souls' on its 19th week in the chart, proving itself as a steady grower, with help from Nora En Pure on the remix. It becomes Eelke's 2nd top 10 following 'Mistakes I've Made' (#5, 2014) although it has already spent longer in the chart. It is Nora's 5th top 10 hit with 'Don't Look Back' being her most recent (#6, 2018).

Duke Dumont is the week's highest new entry at #14 with 'Therapy'. It is his 11th top 40 hit including 8 top 10s, and follows #3 hit 'The Power'. Off the back of the rework version, 'Make It To Heaven' re-enters the top 40 at #15, having made it to #13 last year on its original release for David Guetta, Morten & Raye. Also re-entering the top 40 is 'Secrets', the debut hit from dance producer/YouTuber Jon Sine. It entered at #33 last year but now gains to #24 following a renewed push on Dottify.

Following its debut at #59 last week Robin Schulz enters the top 40 at #32 with 'In Your Eyes'. Amazingly it is his first top 40 hit since 'Sugar' (#32, 2015), and his 8th overall including his 2014 #1s 'Waves' (9 weeks at #1) and 'Prayer In C' (4 weeks).

Eminem's surprise album release sees two entries from him in the top 100. The highest of these 'Godzilla' enters at #35, becoming his 16th top 40 hit. It is also the 2nd hit for guest feature Juice WRLD, following his #1 hit 'Lucid Dreams' in 2018. 'Those Kinda Nights' with Ed Sheeran is at #60.

Lower down the chart The Weeknd gets another top 50 with 'Blinding Lights' at #48, finally surpassing the #51 peak 'Heartless' attained in its debut week. Gareth Emery also re-enters at #50 thanks to a new Standerwick remix of 'Never Before'.

#1 This Week


It is a hectic week in the chart with no less than five new entries in the top 10, with an additional four in the top 40. The big news of course is that to the surprise of absolutely nobody Kygo, Avicii and Sandro Cavazza have entered straight in at #1 with 'Forever Yours'. The song was a Sandro/Avicii demo dating to 2016 before Sandro gave it to Kygo to complete. It is Kygo's second #1 following his other Sandro collab 'Happy Now', #1 in late 2018. Sandro now has three #1s, with his first having been 'Without You' with Avicii. It is a record extending 24th #1 hit for Avicii and his 2nd of 2020 following 'Fades Away' which climbed to #1 three weeks ago.

Last week's #1 'Yesterday' from Gareth Emery, Nash & Linney falls to #2 after completing two weeks at the top. The rest of the top five are completed by other new entries. Calvin Harris' new project Love Regenerator gave us two new songs this week. 'CP-1' enters at #3 and 'Hypnagogic (I Can't Wait)' is at #4, giving Calvin his 24th and 25th top five hits.

At #5 is the first hit for Tim Loren & Robbie Rosen with their Avicii tribute song 'Notes to Heaven' (coincidentally discovered on the same week as the newly released Avicii song, although it was released 2 weeks ago). At #10 is a new entry for The Morrighan with 'Remember (To The Millennium)'. The song actually dates from 1999 but is finally allowed to chart here as it was sent to Club Bizarre by myself, with the results recently being revealed. The song was however discovered a few months ago. A few other entries from the contest enter below the top 40.

New at #17 is 'Midnight' by Hosh & 1979 feat. Jalja, which interpolates 'The Hanging Tree' from The Hunger Games giving it a deep house reworking. It is the first hit for them all. Mac Miller also gets his first top 40 hit (albeit posthumously) at #23 with 'Blue World', released two weeks ago as part of his album though it recently came to my attention that it was only produced by one half of Disclosure so I had to give it a listen!

Thanks to Midnight Kids getting sent to BJSC with another song 'Find Our Way' gets a second wind in the chart, having previously peaked at #85 in 2018. However it does so in a different version with me discovering the Night Drive edit. It enters at #39. Finally at #40 is 'Without You' from Leftwing : Kody and Camden Cox. It is the first top 40 hit for L:K and Camden Cox's 2nd following #15 hit 'Stay the Night' with Just Kiddin.

Not surprised about the #1, well deserved. It also debuted in my top 10 as well!
Great to see 2 Calvin (I mean, Love Regenerator) songs on there as well debuting in the top 5 and way below the debut for "Not So Bad" is great too (debuted in my top 40).

Ooh nice to see 'Blue World' impacting pretty highly here!

Mostly pretty good choices from Club Bizarre songs there + also liking 'Hypnagogic (I Can't Wait)', 'Without You' and 'Baby' from the other newies.

Finding the new Porter Robinson song a little underwhelming unfortunately, hope the next single will stand out a bit more.

Definitely an unexpected #1 x (was the original demo leaked before then?)

it'll probably drop fairly quickly now that Disclosure have another song out with Khalid but it is rather good.
new Porter is definitely underwhelming, I was expecting whatever he came back with to be an instant top 10 so #82 is quite the underperformance here (and it likely won't be climbing much further).
Forever Yours was one of the tracks he played before his retirement from touring so that ended up going online although in LQ.

#1 This Week


Kygo, Avicii & Sandro grab a 2nd week at #1 with 'Forever Yours', becoming the joint-longest running #1 of the decade so far alongside Gareth Emery's 'Yesterday' which is at #2 for a second week following two weeks spent at #1. Saint Jhn gets a new peak with 'Roses', up to #3 in its 6th week in the top 10.

Meanwhile Jax Jones climbs to #4 with 'This Is Real' again as last week's new entries from Love Regenerator and Tim Loren slide out of the top five. It marks the song's 20th week in the top 10. It is not the longest runner in the top 10 though, with recently announced EOY #1 'Heaven' by Avicii dropping to #10 on its 35th top 10 week (this is a joint record with 'Lonely Together').

This week's highest new entry comes from Khalid & Disclosure at #5 with 'Know Your Worth'. It follows their previous collab 'Talk' which reached #3. It is Disclosure's 15th top 10 hit, and the third for Khalid.

Following its BJSC appearance, Moko re-enters at #22 with 'Your Love'. The song spent 5 weeks at #1 in 2014, becoming her biggest hit. The contest is also responsible for entries at #39 for DJ Paul Elstak/Klubbheads with 'Memories' and #40 for Midnight Kids/Annika Wells with 'Run It'. The latter comes one week after 'Find Our Way' got them their first top 40 hit. It drops down to #42 this week.

Unrelated to the contest, although he had been entered twice before, DJ Licious enters at #24 with 'Atmosphere', becoming his 6th top 40 hit. Ace Marino climbs into the top 40 at #27 with 'Spaces', his first hit. The mysterious N.F.I. enter at #29 to get their first hit with 'Don't Talk To Me', assisted by Riton getting his 3rd top 40 hit.

Outside the top 40 there is more BJSC impact, two rap discoveries from the German chart, plus a few songs that had been bubbling under, alongside new releases from Don Diablo, Arty, Dua Lipa, Joel Corry (whose 'Lonely' instantly out-peaks #68 hit 'Sorry' by entering at #64) and Dubdogz/Bhaskar (with their Infinity Ink rework which had been around for some time but got an official release this week).

#1 This Week


Taking back #1 this week is Gareth Emery with 'Yesterday', now on top for a third week having been at #2 behind Kygo & Avicii for the last two weeks. It means he now has the longest running #1 of the decade so far outright. He beats strong competition from new songs by Khalid and TheFatRat to get there. Following its midweek release 'Know Your Worth' entered at #5 for Khalid & Disclosure last week. It now rises to #2, beating the #3 peak of 'Talk'. TheFatRat's new single 'The Storm' (coincidentally coming out at the time Storm Ciara hit the UK) was the midweek #1 but now settles for a #3 peak. It is the producer's 10th top 10 single which includes three #1s, most recently 'Close To The Sun' last September. Last week's #1 'Forever Yours' takes a tumble to #5 with Saint Jhn's 'Roses' down a place to #4.

DJ Licious climbs to #10 with 'Atmosphere' giving him his 3rd top 10 hit after his 2017 hits 'I Hear You Calling' (#3) and 'I Can't Stop' (#6). Armin also re-enters the top 10 at #9 with 'Runaway'. New to the top 20 is Ace Marino with his first hit 'Spaces' at #18. Entries from BJSC 121 continue to climb with the following entering the top 40; Camden Cox at #32, Shanguy at #36 and Topic at #37. Don Diablo also climbs in at #27 with new single 'We Are Love' and Vintage Culture/Fancy Inc get their first hit at #33.

Hi Dan!
Nice to see "Know Your Worth" in the top 3, as well as the big gains for "Breaking Me", "Lonely" and especially "Physical"!
I also like the debuts for "Say So" and "Light".
But the biggest surprise in your chart are seeing "Roller", "Kein Wort" and "Baby" on here!

know your worth is really great, it could potentially even climb to #1 this week but gareth emery is strong competition.
I had a quick skim of german top 50 on spotify (I occasionally go through the global charts out of interest) and those three sounded great.

His longest running #1 so far is 'Saving Light' which spent 5 weeks on top. It means Khalid & Disclosure have to settle for #2 again with 'Know Your Worth'. Saint Jhn returns to his #3 peak with 'Roses' as last week's highest new entry from TheFatRat drops down to #8. Armin van Buuren reaches a new peak with 'Runaway', having originally peaked at #7 upon the album's release. It is at #4.

Martin Solveig leaps into the top 10 following six weeks in the top 20 with 'Juliet & Romeo'. It becomes his 6th top 10 hit including his one as half of Europa. Obscure synth wave act Ace Marino also follows with his first hit 'Spaces' rising to #7.

Helped by the release of a 'Future Mix' (note that it is not a remix by the rapper Future), Grum shoots back into the top 40 with 'Tomorrow' at a new peak of #13, having previously peaked at #28. Another track of his, 'The Ascent', climbs to #47. The highest new entry however comes from Oliver Heldens with 'Take A Chance', his first hit of the decade as it follows up #19 hit 'Turn Me On'. He now has 17 top 40 hits as it enters at... #17.

Debuting just three weeks after officially unveiling the Love Regenerator project are 'Regenerate Love' and 'The Power Of Love II' which underperform by Calvin's standards as they are new at #19 and #20. If artist cap rules applied here, the latter wouldn't have charted as 'CP-1' and 'Hypnagogic' remain higher up the chart (having peaked at #3 and #4). Meduza get their third hit with 'Born To Love' entering at #27, also bit of an underperformance as 'Lose Control' peaked at #3 and remains higher in the chart.

Having been bubblin' under for 5 weeks, electronic/deep house producer Lane 8 gets a big boost to enter at #29 with 'The Flood'. It breaks his five and a half years drought to become his second top 40 hit, following 'Every Night' (#18, 2014). Another track, 'Brightest Lights', enters at #48. Finally at #37 is a new entry for Jorn van Deynhoven with a cover of 'I Need Your Lovin' (Like The Sunshine)' in his signature uplifting trance style. It becomes his 2nd top 40 hit.

Wow Kygo/Avicii spent less time at #1 here than on my chart! I wasn't expecting that, not a huge fan? Tbh it is more Kygo than Avicii but Sandro brings his vocals as usual

Fingers crossed Khalid & Disclosure can take the top spot here soon, such a great song from them yet again - it could possibly overtake Talk for me soon!

I do very much enjoy it but it's not one of his absolute best. Maybe it'd have got 3 weeks if my chart was also done on Sunday as it would've entered at #1 whenever it was released. I hope to find a HQ version of the from before Kygo reworked it as that may be more to my liking anyhow, and speaking of which I have recently come across some other Avicii leaks (I thought I'd at least wait a while after the official album before trawling through the leaks) so one of those may be going to #1 next week, it's likely too late for Khalidisclosure to have any chance. (plus Yesterday is such a tune that it probs will remain ahead)

It's a special week in the chart this week as I've decided it's finally time to resume going through the numerous unofficially released Avicii songs that have made their way onto the internet. He had many of these such was his work rate, so these likely won't be the last new entries this chart ever sees from him. The week's #1 is a track that was uploaded to YouTube at the turn of the year but I only discovered it this week, titled 'The Other Side' and featuring vocals from Cam (of recent BJSC entry 'Diane') and becoming her chart debut. It is now Avicii's 25th #1 single in this chart and his third of 2020.

Narrowly missing out are three tracks also much-anticipated for an official release by the Avicii fanbase, which feature Sandro Cavazza. 'We Burn (Faster Than Light)' enters at #2, 'Lord' is at #3 and 'Our Love' is at #5. Recent #1 'Forever Yours' (alongside Kygo) drops down to #10, but with 7 new entries in the top 10 it does well to remain. An additional Avicii track ['I Wanna Be Free' with Aloe Blacc] enters at #6, and a few others chart outside the top 10.

It is therefore an unlucky miss for Europa who'd have otherwise taken #1 with 'Tequila'. They enter at #4, replacing 'Romeo & Juliet' for Martin Solveig (down 6-14) and 'This Is Real' for Jax Jones (down 9-23, having spent a long 22 weeks in the top 10). The song features Raye who previously guested on Jax's 'You Don't Know Me' (a #2 hit in 2017, although it was the EOY #1). The previous Europa single 'All Day And Night' also peaked at #4.

It is the 4th paragraph already and I haven't yet mentioned last week's #1 from Gareth Emery, as 'Yesterday' slides to #7 following four weeks at #1. It is however still the highest track in the chart that is not a new entry. Emery also released 'You Are' this week which enters a place lower at #8, continuing his run of top 10 singles from the forthcoming album as 'Somebody' made it to #3.

It is also the week Disclosure marked their official return, releasing their first material as a primary artist since 2018. 'Tondo' enters at #16 and 'Ecstasy' is a place below at #17. Their other releases of the week will make their chart debut next week. Meanwhile, 'Know Your Worth' with Khalid drops down to #9 from last week's #2.

And on a final note, we are now one month away from the special 500th edition.

the Love Regenerator tracks are all falling very fast however, Calvin can really do better.

#4 isn't exactly a flop especially on a week like this

It's so good, can't believe it had just been sitting on YouTube all this time without me knowing.
They easily could make another few albums with all the unreleased material he had if they wanted to.

Tequila could easily be another long running top 10 for Jax, it's such a tune.

Avicii's unofficially released gem 'The Other Side' leads for a second week, and if it holds on for three more weeks it could be the chart topper of the 500th chart. Meanwhile he still has competition with himself as the top 3 are unmoved. Europa's second hit 'Tequila' also holds on to #4 for a second week, with former #1 'Yesterday' from Gareth Emery et al climbing to complete the top five. Saint Jhn rebounds to #7 with 'Roses' following a 3-12 dive last week brought on by the top 10 having 7 new entries. There are no new entries in the top 10 this week but Disclosure's 'Tondo' climbs to #9 in its second week, giving them their 16th top 10 hit.

The highest new entry comes from Joe Stone & Camden Cox with 'Mind Control' entering at #11, instantly becoming the highest charting single for either act. It is the 5th top 40 hit for Stone and 4th for Cox. Stone's biggest hit so far is the #13 peaking 'Bug A Boo' from last year, whilst also in 2019 Cox reached #15 with Just Kiddin on 'Stay the Night'.

Trance producer ilan Bluestone had his first hit in 2014 with 'Spheres' (#5) and has never reached the top 40 since (although 2018's 'Will We Remain?' came close at #42). He finally gets his second top 40 hit, helped by an Emma Hewitt feature (becoming her 4th top 40 hit), as 'Hypnotized' enters at #19. It is his first release under the alias Stoneblue which he is to use for his uplifting trance efforts.

In the early half of the 2010s one of the biggest stars of the chart was Lady Gaga, who reached #1 three times between 2011-2013. More recent efforts have struggled, notably 'Shallow' was only able to reach #35 and every single from 'Joanne' missed the top 50. She is back in the top 20 this week however with Chromatica lead 'Stupid Love', entering at #20 - her first appearance so high since 'The Cure' reached #9 in 2017.

Former BJSC Danævii entrant and current star of the UK top 75 Sonny Fodera has his 5th hit single with 'Before U', just missing out on a top 20 position at #21. It features unknown producer King Henry, as well as AlunaGeorge, and is the 10th top 40 hit for the latter. Another act with a previous BJSC entry of ours, although one with no UK hits, Super8 & Tab get their 3rd top 40 hit with 'Rooftops' which features Christina Novelli providing her with a 9th top 40 hit.

Disclosure's series of singles completed this week which gives them three new entries to accompany the two that entered last week. 'Get Close' is new at #26, 'Etran' at #40 and 'Expressing What Matters' at #43. They now have a total of 32 top 40 hits.

Finally it is also worth noting that Avicii's 'Heaven' has now spent an entire year in the chart, including 13 weeks from before it got its official release. It remains as high as #13 so the current longevity record (70 weeks for Jax Jones 'You Don't Know Me') could potentially be beaten, although recently introduced rules mean that once it slips out of the top 50, it'll drop out of the chart altogether. Other Avicii songs that spent this long in the chart include 'Lonely Together', 'Levels' and 'Wake Me Up'.
