I watched all the episodes this weekend and I absolutely loved it, the show is just so charming.
There are some real laugh out loud moments and some real heartfelt moments which were quite sad. It really seems to have hit it's stride, it knows what to do and does it well. I'm sad that I have to wait until S4  It was actually really amusing to see all of the different ways they tried to hide June Diane Raphael's pregnancy.. the attempts were few and far between

I watched all of season 3 this weekend as well, and then started again today
I find this show sooo funny, or mainly Frankie, she and Brianna are definitely the highlights of the show! I feel there was way too much Robert and Sol this season though, I've just got to the point where I despise Sol, and I guess Robert got better towards the end because he started actually being nice to Grace for a change but he's still not great. Overall though its a really light-hearted show and its an easy watch so I would recommend to anyone that is debating watching it
