Hey Jordan, hope things are good with you!
1. Hailee Steinfeld – Love Myself Only really heard this once and it didn't stand out but maybe I'll get into it if gets a proper UK push. Have you heard 'I Touch Myself' by 90s Australian band Divinyls? That's my favourite song about masturbation 3. R. City feat. Adam Levine – Locked Away [1-3] 5. P!nk – Today’s The Day Any return from P!nk is always a welcome return but I'm glad this isn't the lead single from her new era. It's good but not amazing! 6. Little Mix – Black Magic How's this doing in the US? I actually love their new single, it's such a tune! 9. One Direction – Drag Me Down [26-9] Nice climb for a great song! 10. Demi Lovato – Cool For The Summer [24-4-10] 11. Calvin Harris feat. Disciples – How Deep Is Your Love [37-11] 13. Jess Glynne – Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself [11-13] 15. Major Lazer & DJ Snake feat. MØ – Lean On [2-1-3-9-9-15] Longest runner in your chart, and will probably still be here next month! 18. Adam Lambert – Ghost Town [29-6-7-5-18] 19. Taylor Swift – Wildest Dreams Another excellent single choice from Ms Swift 20. Omi – Cheerleader [32-1-2-7-20] 21. The Weeknd – Can’t Feel My Face [12-8-21] 23. Disclosure feat. Sam Smith – Omen 25. Walk The Moon – Different Colors [31-25] 28. Selena Gomez feat. A$AP Rocky – Good For You 29. Carly Rae Jepsen – Run Away With Me [33-29] Sadly this just doesn't seem like it's destined to be a UK Top 40 hit, despite Radio 1 A-listing 31. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis feat. Eric Nally, Melle Mel, Kool Moe Dee & Grandmaster Caz – Downtown Amazing comeback single from them! Needs to smash globally! 36. Maroon 5 – This Summer’s Gonna Hurt Like A Motherf****r [2-3-10-36] That chart run's gotta hurt like a motherf******!! 38. Pia Mia feat. Chris Brown & Tyga – Do It Again [36-38] 39. Jess Glynne – Hold My Hand [32-32-39] Excellent chart as always |

Hey Jordan. just enough time for a quick comment this week. Sorry. x
I just can't get into the Adam Levine Track. it sounds like a second Rate payphone to me and it's disappointing. yes for Carly Entering in fact a massive YESSSSS for that. it's in my top 5 tracks for the whole Year. it's utterly amazing but I'd she can't sell an incredible Song like this then she's never gonna make it properly in the music industry aside from the odd fluke hit and what record label will sign her or at least keep her signed when that's all their gonna get out of It. |

I'm too busy to be spending time on this but oh well 1. Hailee Steinfeld – Love Myself Only really heard this once and it didn't stand out but maybe I'll get into it if gets a proper UK push. Jess Glynne – Hold My Hand [32-32-39] Excellent chart as always 1. Yes I know 'I Touch Myself'. 90s classic for all the right reasons 5. I think it is amazing but would agree it's not single-worthy! 6. It's their biggest hit to date, but a #67 peak isn't saying much...I've heard it plenty of times on the radio though, will check out the new single soon! 9. One Direction always wins me over these days. 15. Long running songs have dropped out from my top 10 before, you just never know But in any case this is my second longest runner of all time, and one more month would match Shut Up And Dance for the record! 19. Indeed, I much prefer it over Out Of The Woods. Should be higher but I think I've already overplayed it 29. How very bittersweet It's potentially taking off in the US though, fingers crossed. 31. It needs to, yes! I'm not obsessing over it as much as I'd like to, though. 36. Well it's only fitting, isn't it Thank you as always!! Hey Jordan. just enough time for a quick comment this week. Sorry. x Thanks James! I have all kinds of complaints about this Carly song not catching on, but at least she's been able to record the kind of quality album she deserved. Small victories and all.I just can't get into the Adam Levine Track. it sounds like a second Rate payphone to me and it's disappointing. yes for Carly Entering in fact a massive YESSSSS for that. it's in my top 5 tracks for the whole Year. it's utterly amazing but I'd she can't sell an incredible Song like this then she's never gonna make it properly in the music industry aside from the odd fluke hit and what record label will sign her or at least keep her signed when that's all their gonna get out of It. Heywassuphellooooo,
Very nice #1! Love the way the production's so explosive and frantic in the chorus - really fits the ~self-confidence~ in the lyrics. (I just had a thought: imagine the amount of abuse this song would get if Jessie J released it ). I unashamedly love 'Today's The Day' and actually I wouldn't have a problem with it being a proper single Great to see 'How Deep Is Your Love' climbing here - it's fast becoming one of my faves from Calvin, which is surprising as I found it a bit repetitive initially and he has such a strong discography. 'Lean On' is the current longest runner on my chart as well (after 'Open Season' finally dropped out this month lolol). Really hasn't aged for me either after six months. Its runs in our charts are actually quite similar, with mine being a few/several spots lower than yours each month: [2-1-3-9-9-15] v [05-06-06-12-15-22]. Nice debuts for 'Omen', 'Good For You' and 'Downtown' in particular. Macklemore rhyming 'Tiramisu' with 'tearing my suit' is one of my musical moments of the year. <3 Speaking of Disclosure, have you heard the Lorde collab? Think you'd like it. gr8 chart baiiiii |

Hi riser jordan, Thomas at 2 snap! Yesss I love our matching peaks for Crash & Burn, makes up for him missing #1 which I would have liked but probably won't happen now!Yay for pink too and i like your number 1 but quite a few still to youtube for me and i should have time in 2 or 3 weeks on holiday hooray Cheers john You don't HAVE to come back to my chart on your holiday but I take it you must really want to If so I look forward to seeing which songs make it to your chart Thanks John! Heywassuphellooooo, Hi I hope you know you're borrowing that line from my triplet Very nice #1! Love the way the production's so explosive and frantic in the chorus - really fits the ~self-confidence~ in the lyrics. (I just had a thought: imagine the amount of abuse this song would get if Jessie J released it ). Think you'd like it. gr8 chart baiiiii !!!!!!!! I need a Jessie J 'Love Myself' cover in my life now. *.* I would love 'Today's The Day' as a single too. It's starting to pick up airplay in Canada so I reckon there's still a chance of it happening in the US at least. The vicious/delicious line is certainly a weak point but not awful by any means 'How Deep Is Your Love' will probably not become a fave of mine. As strong as it is I can't quite get past the trend-chasing change in sound...it's held up okay on repeated listens but not when compared to the rest of his strong discography. It goes without saying but I wish every song would age as well as 'Lean On' after what must be hundreds of listens! YES I LOVE THE LORDE COLLAB OMG *.* Only listened once though. Thank you baiiiiii |

Hey Riser
What a fantastic number 1, Love Myself is easily one of the best pop songs of the year and fantastic to see it starting to take off worldwide Locked City on the other hand Stitches is also great and I'm so happy Shawn got his first top 100 solo hit in the UK and Today's the day is also great but I really want a new album from Pink, it's been so long now! Black Magic is also fantastic and one of Little Mix's best but I prefer Love Me Like You and Renegades is still good. Also still love Cool For The Summer and even if it is getting boring now, how deep is your love is still good. Fantastic to see Taylor enter, Wildest Dreams is easily one of the biggest highlights from 1989 and the video is stunning Also Ex's And Oh's finally completely clicked with me last week and I now adore it, hope it can become a massive smash worldwide! Run Away With Me remains superb and one of the best this year while Good For You is also great I love the verses of Whip It but the rest of the song is quite poor and fantastic to see Like I'm Gonna Lose You enter, such a great song Fantastic Chart Riser |

Same with Locked City Stitches is actually Shawn's second top 100 solo hit as Life Of The Party got to #99 last year I need a new Pink album too but her side project from last year, You + Me, was beautiful and worth listening if you haven't yet! Wildest Dreams is my favorite single choice they've made, everything has been done perfectly with it. I actually like the chorus of Whip It more than the verses! In any case it's actually good and far more listenable than Bills ever was. Thanks for commenting! |

Hiya Jordan, greetings from the UK here
1. Hailee Steinfeld – Love Myself I've given this plenty of listens and still find it average, not getting the hype around it really, soz 3. R. City feat. Adam Levine – Locked Away [1-3] I have to be honest I doubt I'd like this if it weren't for Adam Levine featuring on it 4. Shawn Mendes – Stitches [33-1-2-4] 5. P!nk – Today’s The Day 6. Little Mix – Black Magic 7. X Ambassadors – Renegades [40-9-10-18-7] 9. One Direction – Drag Me Down [26-9] 10. Demi Lovato – Cool For The Summer [24-4-10] 11. Calvin Harris feat. Disciples – How Deep Is Your Love [37-11] 13. Jess Glynne – Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself [11-13] 14. Fetty Wap feat. Remy Boyz – 679 15. Major Lazer & DJ Snake feat. MØ – Lean On [2-1-3-9-9-15] 18. Adam Lambert – Ghost Town [29-6-7-5-18] 19. Taylor Swift – Wildest Dreams utterly sublime, such a crying darn shame this hasn't gone top 40 here yet. Bleedin streaming and her fault too I suppose but then good on her for not being a follower! 20. Omi – Cheerleader [32-1-2-7-20] 21. The Weeknd – Can’t Feel My Face [12-8-21] 22. Tori Kelly – Should’ve Been Us [31-21-12-22] 24. Elle King – Ex’s And Oh’s [31-40-24] the raspy vox >>>>>>>>>> did you know she's Rob Schneider's daughter ??? 25. Walk The Moon – Different Colors [31-25] 27. Flo Rida feat. Robin Thicke – I Don’t Like It, I Love It [23-13-27] 29. Carly Rae Jepsen – Run Away With Me [33-29] moving up is always a good thing for this 31. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis feat. Eric Nally, Melle Mel, Kool Moe Dee & Grandmaster Caz – Downtown 32. Cam – Burning House [16-22-32] 34. Echosmith – Let’s Love ooh not heard this I don't think 35. LunchMoney Lewis feat. Chloe Angelides – Whip It! i caught a clip of the video, already appears to be a major improvement on the ghastly and annoying 'Bills' 36. Maroon 5 – This Summer’s Gonna Hurt Like A Motherf****r [2-3-10-36] yeeeeesh at that drop, can't say it's not expected tho 38. Pia Mia feat. Chris Brown & Tyga – Do It Again [36-38] 39. I don't know why I typed I preferred the verses I meant I liked the chorus way more so I agree with you Well it's nice to agree with you after all! Jess Glynne – Hold My Hand [32-32-39] 40. Meghan Trainor feat. John Legend – Like I’m Gonna Lose You gorgeous Fantastic chart! 1. Well I will say, I'm growing off of it faster than I'd like. Can almost guarantee a new #1 next time. 3. I probably would, but his part is definitely the best thing about the song! 19. Yeah I don't really mind. At least it's a single, a lot of her songs have charted poorly or not at all so it's not a huge loss! 24. Yes, I did know! She even grew up in Ohio 29. I wish I had moved it up higher but I'll be sure to give it a better peak. It's slowly starting to pick up in the US so fingers crossed it can still be a hit somewhere! 35. Infinitely better than Bills, absolutely 36. Don't worry, should do well on my end of year countdown! Thank you Rob! |
