 “NFR” was one of the best albums of last year so I hope she can continue her great run with this new record. |

I'm not the enemy, I'm definitely not rracist, oh and my new album is out Sept 5 hahaha seize the moment to do promo in a way, thats not that different from what Liam Gallagher or Robbie Williams have being doing for years talking nonsense and idiotic comments every now and then to keep their name out there and use it as promo |

I love Lana musically but I hope she comes off social media for a bit.
I wonder what the direction of this album is gonna be like. A continuation of what NFR sounded like or a return to stuff like Ultraviolence. I can never quite tell what to expect by her titles tbh  wonder when we will get a lead single. Maybe next month or July?

For what its worth I feel that there wasn't really anything wrong with the initial post, America just has an issue with race. Although it is kind of hilarious that she didn't think Ariana Grande was white
'Women who look and act like me' has been taken extremely out of context because people have assumed that she meant 'white women' when it's much more likely she meant 'singers in my genre/style'. It's perhaps a sign of her privilege etc. that she didn't notice how that could be taken the wrong way, but it's certainly not, in my view anyway, as if she just revealed herself to be a member of the KKK or somesuch. |

I feel like the whole thing is a bit of a publicity stunt to generate hype around her and it seems to be working - I can't remember anybody discussing Lana this much since the BTD era haha.

I must be missing something or most of you guys are overreacting.
 Do we even know which female critics she is referring to? I definitely didn't interpret her words as racist and I don't think that's her intent. Maybe's she's trying to express - albeit in a rather inarticulate way lol - that women in certain genres get away with pushing more boundaries than those in the field Lana is in? Idk. It's probably not the sort of post she should have made public lol but she shouldn't be crucified for having that opinion. It isn't like she was actually dragging those artists or saying anything offensive. She was just using examples (perhaps ill thought out ones?) for comparison.

She's filming a music video for Chemtrails Over The Country Club (the song) and confirmed that's the album name officially. We're getting a song called Let Me Love You Like a Woman before we'll see the video for COTCC!
I'm SO hyped omg  hopefully LMLYLAW will be out soon!
