I think the Arctics will get week 1 but Taylor will stand a good chance in week 2 when streaming becomes more of a force.

It’s not a certainty though, both could land anywhere between 30-80K imo

I wonder which artwork will suit the sound and mood of the album the best? I can't wait to find out! With nothing to go off so far, all these artworks really intrigue me regarding which direction she's going in! To me the vibe of the pictures is giving 1970s? But the typography/layout feels more 90s.

Someone randomly noticed this:



Maybe just a stylistic choice but could it be some kind of hint about the album's sound/vibe? Who knows x

I need the Blood Moon one cheeseblock.png (and maybe the Jade Green one too!). At least the Mahogany one is meh so I don't need to spend all my money x

honestly although all the alternative covers are pretty, the og cover is my fave. what draws me to them is the vinyls themselves. i don't collect them cos i dont have a record player but all of them are so gorgeous! i've preordered the standard cd and cassette for my cd collection, and still trying to choose out of the 3 alternative covers. might hold out for now and hope shes doing a signed cd album down the line

No lead single this week, but not too surprised! I wonder if we’ll get it next week, with an announcement at Thursday midnight (US time) as that’s when the sales for the new editions finish on the website.

Whatever the case, I just hope we aren’t waiting till album release date for the first single, RED TV was bad enough 😭
