They really should start doing this with just Joe Public as they really are scraping the barrel for the celebrity element. They'd have to change the name of the show of course to perhaps 'I'm Not a Celebrity But I'd Like a Three Week Holiday in Australia Then You Can Get Me Out of Here' (that is a bit of a mouthful though I suppose).

I agree Kath. Hey me and you could go in together as friends. Seriously though it would be good to see how ordinary people coped. I'd nominate you to do the dunny duties Chris! I do think an ordinary version would work though (I'm sick of 'celebrity' versions taking over every other reality show anyway) |

An ordinary version would work just as good, if not better than the Celebrity one.
Many who take part, you could question, if they are Celebrities at the best of times. |

I'd be far less interested in a non-celebrity version tbh

They sort of did a non-celeb one with 'Survivor' which flopped after 2 series
Although I guess if LI can be resurrected and a success then I don't see why Survivor couldn't This post has been edited by ElectroBoy: 13th November 2019, 08:34 PM |

I mean this year they have the most famous transgender person in the world, a girl group gay icon and a football legend, I don't know what more a show like this can do?? They're hardly gonna get Beyonce and Chris Hemsworth doing it.
I don't think I'd enjoy it as much without celebrities, the whole fun of it is the fact that you get to see celebrities you know in a different light challenging themselves in this scenario. It's about seeing what they're like, how they measure up to what you expect. |

I'm with Liam on that one. I think a non-celebrity version is an interesting idea but I'd probably get bored of it very quickly. Seeing celebrities go from glammed up studios to crawling through sludge covered in cockroaches and the like is what makes it good TV.

I actually think the line up is very good? Don't know why it's getting so much flack.

This is one of the only celeb line-ups for a while where I knew pretty much everyone when the line-up was announced. Looking forward to it!

Nadine seems way too low, she was the most trending on Twitter!
