Now their 4th single is a hit, and they've never gone beyond that for a campaign, what do you think is next for the girls?
A 5th single? A short break? A Re-release with a brand new single to tie into the Glory Days tour? Or a new album for Q4? |

I think a re-release is going to happen.
Makes no sense having a new album while an old tour is still going on. |

Rerelease, finish the tour, short break, new single with greatest hits album - they've easily got enough material and it would be a great way to boost some of their singles close to certifications etc and celebrate four albums worth of content.

Re-release, just like Shawn did but maybe have more tracks when its re-released. I want them to have a break but known Syco they want to milk as much money as they can get.

I think the best option would just to end the era on a high with 'Power', go on the tour and then take a break.
I don't like it when artists re-release their old albums or rush their new material. I would rather they properly took some time recording something great when the tour is over and then have the first single ready for next summer. They could possibly bridge the gap by recording a featured position on another big artists' song later in the year. I mean they have had enough features on their own singles, why not do one themselves? |

I hope we don't get a re-release. I'd much rather they concentrate on the tour then take a break and come back with another album full of new stuff.

I want them to have a break and be rested. If they keep getting overworked, they are not going to enjoy performing anymore
I feel at the STB, Jesy and Jade looked exhausted |

As they have yet to do a re-release i believe now would be the time to do it. That said, it needs to offer the fans something. Olly Murs for example always delivers strong rre releases in my opinion and they have usually helped boost his sales by large amounts.

Do people do re-releases anymore? That would be my first guess but I don't remember the last time someone did this since maybe... Katy Perry Teenage Dream? I'm not sure. Does syco have a history of doing this with it's popoular acts like 1D?
I would like a new single for them to promote on X-Factor on Q4. But yeah, it would be nice if it was a feature of someone with them and they could save their lead single of LM5 for 2018. If I'm not mistaken, their last european concert was recorded professionaly. Maybe it will be released with a DVD of the european tour? Though more likely it was just recorded for youtube diaries or something like that. This post has been edited by MrLoverboy: 10th July 2017, 11:49 PM |

Sean has the right idea, but I do think they have room to promote a Q4 single for X Factor and then take a break. Little Mix have enough material (both smashes and non-smashes) to warrant a GH, and I would love to see that tie in with a potential new single.

Definately would love a new single this year. Whether it would be for a re-release (Especially seeing as I think it could do a lot better in the US and the tour is coming up) or for a Greatest Hits. But something, as I feel like it would be weird for them to not push anything during the tour.

This is very unrealistic and won't make any sense but let's go!!
August/September: Release a summer bop while they're in the US and announce the Asian and US (if the single performs well) tour dates for March/April 2018 - a la 5H. November: Re-release Glory Days. December to February: Break. March/April 2018: Come back and sleigh the girls. Then for LM5, they can follow the GW era release dates and smash. But knowing them, they might finish the tour and just vanish. |

Realistically, a fifth single from Glory Days could work for them, even if it was to be only a minor hit it would keep them on the radio. This would also help sell the album further. If the fifth single received a remix or feature (i would prefer no feature) it could be released to help the album sell in Q4 and they would not have much work to do themselves.
A Greatest Hits could also work for them. They really are in their peak right now and for most groups/artists need to be at their peak to sell a Greatest Hits as they are not as popular of a release as they once were. That said, i would still be in favour of a re-release, followed by a new studio album and then a Greatest Hits as they would have 5 studio albums of material them to releases a strong Greatest Hits. Syco i cant see doing a greatest hits, i was shocked there was no One Direction Greatest Hits when they announced their break. My thinking of this decision was a Greatest Hits would be released to launch a comeback if they reform. |

I think they should release D&D as the 5th single for the rest of summer and then have a new single for a new album for the live X Factor shows

Nothing to stop them releasing a completely new single and taking longer with a new album they did with get weird not the new single part
I know they did the sport relief single a couple years ago but CIN it means they can totally release something brand new not rush or rerelease the album perform on the X factor too This post has been edited by 777666jason: 30th July 2017, 07:02 PM |

A February/March release like Divide might do well for them, they'd get another easy #1 album, I'm not sure it'd do the opening numbers of Glory Days without a Q4 release though. Unless they capitalise and get another BRITS performance to promote a new song!
