Billboard have confirmed that Carrie will be performing her new single at the ACM (Academy of Country Music) awards on 15th April, meaning we should be getting a new single, and I expect it's tied in with the Instagram post above!! So excited

Confirmed via her Facebook as being called Cry Pretty and out 6am ET tomorrow (so 11am our time)!!! Soooo hyped. It's also written by Hillary Lindsey, Liz Rose, and Lori McKenna! 
The three of those as a team wrote Girl Crush by Little Big Town, Hilary has also written a lot for Carrie including Dirty Laundry, Smoke Break, Wasted, Last Name, So Small and Two Black Cadillacs.

Idk what I think of it :/ it's good but not great, there's something about the production that brings it down a bit for me. I'm kinda disappointed

I'm absolutely loving this, obsessed. Carrie's vocals are actually insane, the lyrics are beautiful and I stan the production as well.

It's easily my favourite lead single so far - her vocals are absolutely on fire. It's probably her most emotional too..very relatable, get a heavy country vive with hints of soul and soft rock - very Aerosmith style towards the end. Absolutely LOVE.

I've only just heard this, four months late It's incredible, wow, had to comment as it's my favourite song she's put out in a good decade or so, such a powerful track.
