The likely explanation for that would be that sales are a lot lower this year but Christmas songs are still selling roughly the same as they do every year.

Alongside the buildup to Christmas seemingly starting earlier each year..

I quite like the production on You Want Me but his rapping is just really offputting :/ He sounds like someone from TOWIE releasing a novelty single and chucking a dance beat behind it.

'Fairytale of New York' will be in there somewhere (presumably multiple versions, too), but it is not listed under the 'holiday' genre which is why it has been missed. I see this mentioned by someone at least once every year. laugh.gif

A lot of Xmas style food etc basically starts being delivered to supermarkets (eg.tins of chocolates like roses/quality street/celebrations) basically from September when the summer sales are over. On Nov 1st this stuff gets moved to end isles or to the focal points of stores!
