They say this morning that it doesn't work on older I-Phones, only newer ones.

Yes, I've still got an iPhone 6 so it doesn't work. I change my phone a good deal less frequently than a lot of people do so I don't know how many other potential users will be excluded.

How many years old is your then? Can't be that many. Mine's an old Nokia without even a camera and no internet. Maybe 20 years old but hey it makes phone calls and sends texts.

It's about four-and-a-half years old.

The current iteration only supports iOS 13.5 and above.. which was released in May 2020 laugh.gif I'm sure they will backdate it if they can, hence the non-huge PR jangle. It will support a lot of older iPhones for example, but you just need to make sure you have the latest software updated.

Sky News saying that Morrisons becomes the first supermarket to start rationing again. Toilet rolls restricted to one pack per person after shoppers cleared shelves completely with other items such as pasta, flour and canned foods set to follow soon. Other retailers are expected to follow too if shoppers don't stop panic buying.

Highest daily rise ever of 6,634 with 40 deaths.

Scotland now banning students at Universities from pubs. I must admit, this is a huge oversight on whoever is in charge of Universities across all four Governments. For anyone who has ever lived in student accommodation knows that any covid cases would spread like wildfire. I'm fully expecting there to be some outbreaks like this at English universities soon, especially once all the bigger Universities go back.

I don't want to say it's negligence, but it probably is to open huge shared accommodation like that. I don't agree with Hancock when he said students might be barred from going home for Christmas , but clearly these are going to be your huge outbreaks. I live in a University city and surprise surprise staff at bars are testing positive for covid and at least one of them is a student. I don't want to say it's their fault, because it probably isn't, but this is how its going to spiral out of control. Doesn't take a genius to work out.
