It could be either a second week at #1 for Billie Eilish with No Time to Die, or a third for The Weeknd's Blinding Lights on the singles chart. BTS contend for their first top 10 single with ON, along with new releases from The Weeknd with After Hours, Jax Jones/Martin Solveig/RAYE with Tequila, Aitch with MICE and Biffy Clyro with Instant History
BTS may claim their second #1 album in under a year with Map Of The Soul: 7. Ozzy Osbourne returns with new album Ordinary Man, plus new releases from Grimes with Miss Anthropocene, King Krule with Man Alive! and Agnes Obel with Myopia

great track for The Weeknd

15 Halsey - You should be sad
pity this isn't higher, Halsey at her best

As long as either BG or SYL hit ACR, I’ll be happy. DSN needs to do one so Physical can go top 10

Sia should definitely be more selective :/
An impressive start for BTS but I’m not sure if they’ll stay top ten by the end of the week.
7 Joel Corry - Lonely
oh wasn't expecting this to climb so much this week
6 Dua Lipa - Don't Start Now
5 SAINt JHN - Roses
Someone you loved slaying omg
4 Lewis Capaldi - Someone You Loved
Love to see it!!
Go on Lewis!
I reckon this one will be a big hit.
3 Roddy Ricch - The Box
2 Billie Eilish - No Time To Die
1 The Weeknd - Blinding Lights
Fantastic to see The Weeknd back at #1.
I actually don’t understand how Someone You Loved can be as high as 4 when both Don’t Start Now and Roses are higher on iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music. Unless I’m missing something.
Plus SYL has multiple versions available album etc
Where’s Harry Styles Falling??
Hope Saint Jhn overtakes Lewis by Friday and that Lonely can outpeak Sorry
Wow, really thought Billie Eilish had the #1 sewn up for the next few weeks
Someone You Loveds continued longevity though!
He did THAT
HOW is that dirge climbing?!
Can’t believe how long Don’t Start Now has stuck around. A monster hit
bts have the number one album occ have just announced alongside some other new entries
https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/bts-set-for-second-uk-number-1-album-with-map-of-the-soul-7__28799/
Omg at Grimes!! Unlikely but I'd love it if she held onto Top 10

The power of BTS already selling more than Justin Bieber.
Is Sam’s To Die For, draping or stable
Wow, that is impressive for BTS!
I don't know why but I wasn't expecting numbers that big!
Would you look at Harry I’m so pleased that this album is doing so well and producing singles that are making the top 40. I’m hoping that Falling can get in the top 10 at some point, especially with the video coming out on Friday...that would give him 3 top 10 singles and 4 top 20 (if you include Watermelon Sugar) off Fine Line alone❤️ I can only assume his album is still top 10 (possibly 8??) which is just amazing. Fine Line has been top 15 since its release in the US, which I actually find amazing considering how many it sold in its first week there...I expected a quicker fall.
Pleasantly surprised at Grimes 😱
I’m sure it’ll drop a fair bit by Friday but it’s off to a great start.
I knew the top 2 singles were going to be close yesterday, Billie could snatch it back but The Weeknd is actually 600 copies ahead of Billie, very tight.
Whatever happens I'm happy whatever the outcome, and The Weeknd's After Hours is so freaking awesome, a top 5 placing will be great in the next incoming weeks.
impressive for BTS, especially after the Bieber misfire
it's probably 1000 fans buying 25 copies each rather than 25000 fans buying 1 copy each but still you have to admire the dedication
Come on Saint Jhn! Save us from a stale top 5 by pushing Lewis out
^Just saw that, but is that even legal?
They have a website you can donate money and then they buy mp3s with the donations, but that's mass buying from 1 website
it's not single purchases, sure that's illegal
they even have an ad that literally says: "if you cannot afford the 5$ costs, contact us for assistance"
Pcd at 52 again where they ended last week, hope it can climb a bit.
Rod Stewarts album is really boucning all over the chart the last 3-4 weeks.
I welcome the return to Top 20 as it is bringing the album nearer and nearer to platinum sales.
Does anyone know roughly how many sales are needed to reach the top 100 in the album chart currently? How many did last week's #100 sell etc?
BTS are at where I thought Justin would’ve been last week at this point. They have their stans and I presume they’re doing well on physicals too.
Easy #1 for them.
The #100 album last week sold 1.2k.

Im here for Saint Jhn going top 5 but top 3 would be even better. Hope Aitch can go top 30 and Anne-Marie survives another week in the top 40
What’s total sales for don’t call Me up now ?
BTS not showing any signs of being front loaded or slowing down is surprising
That Pop Smoke track was certainly the ear-catcher when I heard it earlier this week!
Whoa, BTS sold 7.3k yesterday!
BTS set to do double what Justin Bieber did last week is something no one would've predicted before Yummy came out and even then
They'll still both go down as #1s in the record books so meh... they are very impressive figures tho this week I must say.
Hope Lewis start week 1 decline get towards arc 3 week time
BTS album price.
£23 in Asda
£23 in Tesco
£29 in Sainsbury’s.
But not the most expensive album to make no. 1.
Very impressive how well BTS' sales are holding up! I'm not at all surprised that they're comfortably outdoing Bieber. I think this album is projected to have the 2nd highest worldwide first week sales for an album ever (after Adele's '25').
Don't think I'd have predicted Ozzy Osbourne getting a top 3 album though! Nice to see Grimes as high as #6 too, hope she can stay top 10.
I wonder how long BTS' massive success will last?
They're all going in the SK army at some point (one very soon I believe), so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a hiatus.
Billie Eillish should manage a 2nd week at number 1 I think with her closing the gap fast.
She hasn't closed the gap at all since yesterday (at least within rounding error, the gap was 1.6k both yesterday and today).
Great to see Agnes Obel in the top 20 - suspect she'll slide to the low 20's by the end of the week but still great to see!
^agree, Agnes Obel is amazing, so talented, was hoping for top 10 but guess top 20 is fine
my current favourite song is an old Agnes Obel track from a few years back called Riverside
Is My Oh My in the top 20?
no, it’s just outside.

What about Changes by Bieber ?
Intentions, Yummy, Forever ?
Thanks
Do we have a position for react?
Hope Aitch doesn’t miss the top 40 and I also hope that Khalid can survive another week in the top 40 too
Pussycat Dolls doing very well holding in the Top 55 region of the chart on its 3rd outing.
Billie looking like dropping by 30k sales this week!
The fact that PCD are still in the top 100 is a miracle, I was expecting a 45-92-OUT chart run for this one!
To be fair they did perform on practically one of the biggest shows on TV at the weekend...!
Guys has camila moved up from 21 with my oh my?
It's holding up much better than 'Scared Of The Dark' - that dropped straight out of the top 100 after debuting at #37 (though it did later re-enter for a second top 100 week at #44 before dropping out again, when the album came out).
sure promo helped but the key fact is that they got added to HH on Spotify, that makes the difference, if it wasn't top 200 on Spotify those iTunes sales wouldn't count much

Ooh cool to see 24kGoldn sneaking into the top 40 today. Expect it'll be followed into the top 40 pretty swiftly by a bunch of other rising tracks by previously uncharted artists (Lil Mosey, Ashe, Powfu, Surfaces, Sam Fischer). Mostly because of TikTok for most if not all of those lol ~
Is Tequila added to Snacks album and does cause the rise of it on the chart?
It has indeed just been tacked onto 'Snacks' yet again :') (so the 'outro' track is no longer the final song on the album lol)
ugh not yay at 24kGoldn going top 40, the song's rather bad and too emo for my liking.
in fact The Weeknd aside I'm not keen on any of these new entries; Mice is a disappointment, Dior isn't any better than the average drill track (but nice in a way to see it go top 40 as he died too young ) and On isn't very good either.
Tequila, and to a lesser extent Moral Of The Story and Death Bed to go top 40 next week to make up for it hopefully.
Love City of Angels! Had a flick through the rest of the EP and there's nothing else like that on there sadly
Hope Aitch can hang on
Luke Evans fell back out the top 40?
Anyone know if 'Stop This Flame' has any chance of entering the top 40 this week?
