Hello Jordan!! x
Deja vu spending two whole months at #1 I'm shook. I wonder if good 4 u will be the song to knock it off #1. Don't You Worry About Me is bloody catchy! I don't quite get the disdain for it on the Buzzjack chartshow thread Also, going back to Good 4 u for a sec, insee it straight in at the top 20. Great result to start. I'm really enjoying rapstar now. Just took a couple weeks to grow on me Drivers License managing that 5th month on the chart lovely! Fab chart!! |

Sup Jordan!
1. Olivia Rodrigo Deja Vu [1-1] I wonder what the chances are of this being dethroned by 'Good 4 U' next month? I genuinely can't decide which of her three singles is my favourite - although I wasn't overly impressed with the album. Have you heard it? 2. Coldplay Higher Power Oh wow I wasn't expecting this to do so well! Personally I'm a bit underwhelmed by it considering that it was co-written by my musical hero and the greatest songwriter of our generation. 7. Lil Nas X Montero (Call Me By Your Name) [11-7] 9. Justin Bieber feat. Daniel Caesar & Giveon Peaches [22-9] 10. Majestic x Boney M. Rasputin 11. Griff Black Hole [20-11] 12. Billie Eilish Your Power What is it with underwhelming songs with titles ironically containing the word 'power'? I just can't get into this, it just plods along and goes nowhere! 13. Bebe Rexha Sacrifice This is more like it! She definitely deserves more success than she's had and the album is pretty decent, I'd recommend checking it out if you haven't yet heard it. 14. Ava Max My Head & My Heart [1-1-3-14] 16. Imagine Dragons Follow You [37-23-16] I'm guessing that top ten is going to be too much of a stretch but I'll settle for top twenty 18. Olivia Rodrigo Good 4 U 19. Dierks Bentley Gone [39-x-28-19] Oh look it's Mr Riser himself 23. Maneskin Zitti E Buoni I was actually floored that this made the top twenty in the UK considering its genre! Eurovision winners never normally do this well! I can't say it does much for me tbh but it's always nice to see guitar music in the charts 24. Marshmello x Jonas Brothers Leave Before You Love Me 25. Mimi Webb Good Without [13-25] 27. Dua Lipa Were Good [20-5-5-27] Ouch! 28. Riton & Nightcrawlers feat. Mufasa & Hypeman Friday [8-3-14-28] 29. Little Mix feat. Saweetie Confetti Very impressive for the girls to get another top ten from the album - not to mention occupy another spot in the top ten with a collab in the same week! 30. Maroon 5 feat. Megan Thee Stallion Beautiful Mistakes This is quite nice. Although their hitmaking days finally seem to be over which is a shame 31. Navos Believe Me [13-15-31] 32. Justin Bieber Hold On [8-6-32] 36. Tom Grennan Little Bit Of Love [15-16-36] 37. Joel Corry, Raye & David Guetta Bed [25-17-37] 38. Glass Animals Heat Waves [9-7-23-27-38] 39. Olivia Rodrigo Drivers License [8-4-16-26-39] Some great songs in there this month |

I see you've gone for Olivia's Deja Vu too, Good 4 U is good but sounds a bit Avril Lavigne-ish, and I prefer the Deja Vu spaciousness Great stuff |

Olivia Rodrigo Drivers License [8-4-16-26-39] Some great songs in there this month 1. I would say Good 4 U is not a contender at this point Haven't heard the album yet, just Brutal, Traitor and the three singles. I thought Brutal was awesome! 2. I genuinely wasn't expecting it either! I wouldn't call it a future classic of theirs (yet), but it has be properly excited for their next era at least. 12. I loved it at first but growing off it quickly It's very unlike her to miss my top 10 but this one might! 13. I'm sure it's very promising based on this song! 16. Yeah, at least it grew on me a bit. I'm still looking forward to the next single! 19. 23. Yep, what a moment! It was my favorite Eurovision entry this year and I couldn't believe it won! 29. Indeed! Glad to see losing a member hasn't slowed their momentum. 30. So, Girls Like You is one of my absolute least faves of theirs, so I consider this to be a slight improvement at least . I can't say I'm in a hurry to listen to their album though, but if it's worth checking out, let me know. Thanks for commenting! Hi Jordan! Hi John!1. Olivia Rodrigo Deja Vu [1-1] 3. AJR Way Less Sad [8-3] fun video, and refreshingly sounding like it jumped out of fun.'s back catalogue a bit 12. Billie Eilish Your Power understated, under-rated reception 24. Yup, I'm happy to see how well Good 4 U is doing, hope it bodes well for a rock revival, but Deja Vu remains my firm fave! Thanks for commenting |
