I'm glad the manager furthered on her comment a bit... as I thought it came of as a bit conceited? Like the music wasn't going to come out during covid...

At a guess - they view the live touring bit as a huge part of Adele's act and likely won't be releasing anything until they're sure she can tour (even if I'm sure she'd still sell tonnes without a tour). |

She would sell loads without the tour but im sure they are holding off to get the maximum from the new album whenever it comes but i think that will be next year, i cant see anything coming this year.

Yeah, I can't see her releasing anything (maybe an announcement or something to get people talking?) but we'll see. Her being a host is intriguing enough though. At most she'd have a collaboration with H.E.R. maybe?
