Dates are apparently being planned beginning in the Summer and she is set to announce them after the Superbowl performance!

I feel this will be a completely different tour to what we've had so far but I am still mega excited, my favourite tour artist ever <3 Everyone so far has been exceptional.

Will you be getting tickets?

*tour name tbc~

Posted by: J▲hq 15th January 2017, 05:21 PM

I am willing to travel wherever to see her if London dates don't fit my schedule. Sure it will be a completely different experience to artRave but I'm confident she will be just as amazing.

Posted by: princess lotita 15th January 2017, 06:13 PM

ofc I'll be there. BJ meetup?

Posted by: Oricon 15th January 2017, 07:57 PM

Bj meetup? [2]

Posted by: Oricon 15th January 2017, 07:57 PM

Although this means I have to fly across the sea to join you guys sad.gif

Posted by: SKOB 16th January 2017, 08:57 AM

I'll obviously go somewhere to see the tour... I haven't missed any since The Monster Ball

Not sure if she's coming to Finland though.... she didn't with artRAVE. So I went to Berlin

Gaga alone would be worth it kink.gif

What venues do you guys think she'll do in the UK? I reckon maybe a couple of nights in the London O2 arena?

Posted by: HausofSZA 21st January 2017, 02:16 AM

She'll do Birmingham and she'll kill it. She better.

Posted by: J▲hq 21st January 2017, 04:39 AM

I think she'll do London, Glasgow and one or both of Birmingham/Manchester as a minimum. Not sure on the exact venues due to demand and maybe depending on the type of show she wants to put on, the Royal Albert Hall could be a nice alternative to the O2.

Posted by: Queen LeQueefa 21st January 2017, 10:53 PM

She will do small venues.

Posted by: Queen LeQueefa 21st January 2017, 10:54 PM

They will call them 'intimate gigs for the fans'.

Posted by: Slick 22nd January 2017, 01:01 AM

I'm here for smaller venues this time. GaGa at an 'intimate gig' would be something special.

Posted by: Davidson 22nd January 2017, 03:27 PM

How pricey was the last tour?

I would love to see her, still have never done so. I'm just hella skint this month coming sad.gif

Posted by: princess lotita 22nd January 2017, 07:30 PM

I think I paid £65 for my art rave tickets?? I'm thinking this tour will be more around £55 tho

Posted by: Queen LeQueefa 22nd January 2017, 08:58 PM

This tour will be cheap on the back of flop tbh

Posted by: SKOB 29th June 2017, 02:19 PM

She's performing a one off show somewhere 13th of July, Dive Bar like sponsored by Bud Light

Wonder what the set list will be like for the tour. So many songs I want to hear, from Joanne and other albums.

I need at least:

Judas
Come to Mama (would be great opener <3 )
Grigio Girls
Paparazzi (she didn't do it at Coachella :/ )

Okay I've just gone for it and I'll be seeing her in Manchester! cheer.gif Spent a lot of money for presumably decent seats but live a little.

It's a month before I go see Blondie so this will now be the first tour I've gone to ever! ohmy.gif

-x-

Really liking that set list! They've got most of the album there which is great (particularly pleased to see 'Come to Mama' there; that's going to be such a moment!) as well as all the essential classics.

Jealous but have an amazing time!!!! cheer.gif

I can't help feel Applause is a bit out of place? Anyone else think this? thinking.gif

Posted by: liamk97 2nd August 2017, 12:30 PM

Thank you! <3

I did think that but that might be more because I'm not crazy about the song. I think it will sound decent on tour though and I do like the A-P-P-L-A-U-S-E chant.

Posted by: HausofSZA 2nd August 2017, 12:52 PM

Yay Liam! What a way to break your touring virginity, with THE tourstar of our generation *.*

I am really gutted about 'Grigio Girls' being omitted. Considering the weight the song has on her, I thought for sure it'd be included - or maybe it's a bit too intense for her to go through every night? 'Sinner's Prayer' in the car section would've been nice too and they can delete 'Come to Mama' / 'Applause' for all I care.

Reviews are looking so strong, from fans and reviewers. One said that the closing with THAT song was one of the best arena closing moments this guy had ever witnessed.

I'M GOING TO BE A MESS AS I ALWAYS AM WITH HER :'(

Posted by: liamk97 2nd August 2017, 01:32 PM

Exactly! I was just thinking what better way than have Gaga break my cherry cherry boom boom. :')

I thought you'd be disappointed by the absence of 'Grigio Girls'. It's one of my least favourites but I can appreciate how special the song is and I think it would be a real moment on tour. Like you said though, perhaps it would have been a bit too much to perform night-in, night-out. I too would have liked 'Sinner's Prayer' (and 'Hey Girl') but at least the key ones for me are in. 'Angel Down' into 'Joanne' is gonna kill me, then I'm going to completely U-turn with 'Bad Romance' on straight after, i.e. the best Gaga single ever!!

Posted by: Saenerys 2nd August 2017, 02:22 PM

When might perform it at select dates or on the off chance. I know Adele snubbed Love In The Dark on her set lists but performed it in Italy once so Grigio Girls might have similar luck.

Posted by: liamk97 2nd August 2017, 02:27 PM

At least it's not as bad as Madonna snubbing her most critically praised song - a single, too - in years from her last tour.

Posted by: HausofSZA 2nd August 2017, 04:23 PM

The evolution of her stages across the tours is a sight to behold

I've seen a load of clips have already been uploaded to YouTube - I've watched a couple already but I'm trying to avoid watching anymore so I can experience everything for the first time when I go see her live. It's not sank in at all that I'm off to see her and I doubt it will until the actual day.

Posted by: Rob Spears 2nd August 2017, 08:53 PM

Can't wait til' October!

It's my first Gaga tour since seeing her 4 times on The Monster Ball tour so I'm r e a d y for her to slay me.

Those costumes!
That piano that shoots rainbow lasers!

Watched the opening "Diamond Heart" and gosh it's awesome

Please don't get caught out on GetMeIn etc!

Lady Gaga Makes History at Chicago's Wrigley Field

QUOTE
Lady Gaga made history at Chicago's Wrigley Field on Friday night when she performed her Joanne World Tour in front of a sold-out crowd at the Friendly Confines. Gaga became the first female artist to headline the ballpark, joining such acts as Sir Paul McCartney, Jimmy Buffett, Billy Joel, and Pearl Jam.

"Somebody told me that I had the great honor of being the first woman ever to headline Wrigley Field," Gaga told the crowd. "I feel so proud to stand here with so much dignity, but I have to say, I'm so sorry that you have not had a woman here for more than 100 years. How dare they? Welcome to the womb."

She added: “But I'm so proud to be here, as I'm not the first female to be in here tonight. There were so many wonderful women who played baseball for us during World War II, and we are so very proud. So, thank you."

From her interview with Billboard:

“What has bonded Little Monsters and I together, since the beginning, is spreading a message of love and unity and acceptance to the world, so as the years have gone by, we’ve all grown up and changed, but it’s our values that stay the same,” she said. “It keeps us strong. No matter what happens in our lives, in my life, the world, we always have that common ground and value system that we care about. The Joanne World Tour so far has been really exciting for a lot of reasons, mostly to reunite with my fan base and feel that love they bring every night, and I pray that multiplies.”

Posted by: White Mustang 18th September 2017, 08:15 AM

I can imagine it tears her up to do this, poor Gags. I am gutted too as I'd never seen her before, hopefully it is a reschedule and not a soft cancellation.

Posted by: liamk97 18th September 2017, 08:35 AM

Definitely for the best for all involved, I'd say. It gives Gaga the chance to get back to her full self and leaves us safe in the knowledge she's not putting herself through any unnecessary stress or pain and will be able to put on the best show she can for us in early 2018.

Do postponed tour dates usually still fall on the same day of the week when they get rescheduled? For instance, I was going to see her on a Tuesday, so is it likely to still be a Tuesday once she reschedules?

Ah, can see why you'd be worried. Hopefully the team will already have an idea of when the new dates are and they'll fall in and around Q1 2018.

When I had tickets to see Jessie J in 2013, she rescheduled and it changed from a Sunday to a Saturday. I think they'll just have to go with whatever days are available to them tbh

Saddened about this but health always has to come before anything else and I look forward to seeing her next year instead (as long as I can get the time off work tongue.gif)

Posted by: Andrew. 18th September 2017, 02:39 PM

So gutted sad.gif I can tell she hates doing this so much but her health has to come first and that's worth more than tour dates. <3

Posted by: HausofSZA 18th September 2017, 03:35 PM

This has been on my mind most of the day tbh sad.gif Absolutely gutted for her, she's a touring artist first and foremost - it's where she is most comfortable and where she shines most. So for that reason, I fully understand why she would never, ever accept a half-baked performance being acceptable. I pray she rests up, recovers and comes back stronger then ever (as i'm absolutely sure she will!).

Posted by: jase. 18th September 2017, 09:37 PM

Heartbroken but it's about her and I just want her to get better sad.gif

From Ticketmaster -

My event's been rescheduled – will I get new tickets?

If tickets have already been sent out when the event's been rescheduled, they'll usually be valid for the new date. The change affects everyone who booked, so you're all in the same boat and the venue know to expect it. There's sometimes the odd occasion where the original tickets won't be accepted, but we'll always be sure to let you know if that's the case. We will make contact with all of our customers to advise what they'll need to do.

Can I have a refund?

We're more than happy to issue refunds for cancelled and rescheduled events. If your event is cancelled, we'll usually issue a refund automatically.

If your event is rescheduled, we'll need you to return any tickets you've received to our address below, and once we have them back we'll refund the face value plus the service charge onto your card. We recommend sending the tickets back securely (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) as we can't refund the tickets if they go missing on their way back to us.

I was expecting late February to March time for the rescheduled dates tbh. Hopefully this means Gaga's feeling better now.

I'm going to Manchester on 6th February which is a Tuesday again, so thankfully I don't need to book off work!

Glad we've got confirmation of the new dates wub.gif 31st January it is!

I'm getting reminders from Ticketmaster that I have an event happening soon - said event being Gaga on 17th October. Do I just ignore this or should I be expecting an email telling me of the rescheduled dates any time soon?

The second American leg starts in November so she was always going to have only 2 months off due to surgeries etc. Europe was just unfortunate but glad all the shows (I think) are rescheduled.

I'm rescheduled to 6th February, so pleased she did reschedule and not just cancel I was so worried. Never seen her before and it's one of the most anticipated concerts ever for me, probably even more so than when I saw Madonna! Only Spice Girls and Cher have warranted more excitement from me wub.gif

I got new tickets sent through the post for this years date. Have you checked the site that you got them from to see if they’d updated the ticket?

Posted by: SKOB 13th January 2018, 01:22 PM

If you're unsure you can visit the official fb event and check what's advised in there.

Posted by: Nick Jonas 13th January 2018, 02:26 PM

I didn’t get any tickets sent through the post, only online?

Posted by: SKOB 14th January 2018, 07:48 PM

In the fb event of the Copenhagen concert (which I'm attending in February) they said clearly that

"Tickets purchased for the original date (21.10.17) are still valid for the new date (Saturday 17.02.18)."

So all you need to do is show the ticket you have on the door. I usually print the ticket from my email in case they can't read the electronic ticket.

An amazing show and to think she must’ve been in so much pain then. Never for ome minute could you tell that. I hope she takes all the time she needs to rest up.

Posted by: Spiceboy 3rd February 2018, 07:02 PM

This is probably really selfish of me but I am so incredibly pissed off. I know it's not totally her fault but that's the second cancellation and I was supposed to be seeing her on Tuesday. She won't' tour again for years now since she has signed up for that Vegas residency. I feel like the least she could have done is rescheduled again and performed the final 10 dates spread out so it's not too much for her and her fans still get to see the show.

I also wonder how on earth she thinks she can cope with the demanding Vegas residencies without cancelling if she has cancelled twice on the same tour? I certainly would not be willing to risk flights to Vegas to see her now.

Genuinely really upset I've been wanting to see her in forever and finally got my hands on tickets and it's cancelled... TWICE!

You have basically voiced my thoughts. I also find it very convenient that they'd filmed the tour in Birmingham of all places (no offence Bal x) for the DVD two days before cancelling the final 10 dates.

Omg Million Reasons on the Voice - one of her best songs!! ohmy.gif

Posted by: liamk97 4th February 2018, 03:39 AM

I was thinking today what this means for future tours. Is this going to be the end of the big stadium tours day-in day-out over the course of several months? Surely something is bound to change?

I do feel a bit ashamed to admit that I too voice the opinion that I'm quite pissed me off that my date has been cancelled yet again and is not likely to be rescheduled. It's entirely selfish reasons, I know, and I absolutely believe Gaga's health should be considered the most important thing here, but seeing Gaga has been the one thing that's been getting me through these past weeks and now I just feel I have f*** all to look forward to.

Posted by: Liаm 4th February 2018, 03:51 AM

I know it's easy to say when my date went ahead but I'm almost 100% sure that she wouldn't cancel this tour unless she absolutely had to, she cares about the fans SO much. I can't believe any fan would be more concerned about their own experience than her health, imagine you having to dance around and sing for 2 hours most nights for a month while in chronic pain?

Posted by: SKOB 4th February 2018, 07:26 AM

She will probably tour in the future again but never perform big choreographies. We all saw in the Five Foot Two doc how hard it was for her to rehearse Born This Way. She'll probably perform just standing still or with piano in the future.

She couldn't complete this tour but won't probably give up touring.

Posted by: SGrey 4th February 2018, 10:55 AM

I don't think any fans are putting their own experience before her health in any circumstance, I just think people are entitled to voice their frustrations that for the second time they have been let down and won't be able to get a refund for travel or accommodation, if having traveled and that is being interpreted as putting themselves first. I think we can all agree Gaga's health and any artist health should come first. I remember when Kelly Clarkson cancelled her last UK tour and I was absolutely mortified, but even then I knew that her own health was more important if she wanted to power on to record and tour again. That said, I do think it needs to be commented Gaga in the last week has had to attend the Grammy's, fly halfway across the world, probably jet lagged and then carry on touring this week deserves some level of recognition.

Posted by: Liаm 4th February 2018, 12:21 PM

It's more the Twitter gays, the amount of conspiracies and everything just because she did Scheisse twice the other day for example and they filmed the Birmingham date instead of say London, and saying stuff like "fibromyalgia isn't that bad" and she should just over it :/ I get that people might be annoyed at losing say what they paid for train tickets but there's no need to be like that over it.

Posted by: HausofTroye 4th February 2018, 01:44 PM

I don't really feel up for commenting on my thoughts about the actual tour cancellation and now that it has been cancelled I won't comment a full review of it either but all I know is that I am deeply, deeply heartbroken for Gaga and the fans that won't get a chance to experience this live. She'll be back though, a true fighter. I am just nervous about the Vegas shows now and what it means for her touring future. We shall see ~

Posted by: dandy* 4th February 2018, 02:21 PM

My mother suffers from fibromyalgia and it is incredibly dehabilitating, the only way to control it is to be very measured about what you do and how you do it - not something that lends itself to touring and, as far as I'm aware, there is no known cure for it either so I'd fear for her ability to be able to complete a Vegas residency or any full scale world tour in future. :/

Posted by: Regina 4th February 2018, 07:48 PM

Her condition isn't life threatening thank God, obviously she's going to live with it forever, but physically it won't harm her. SO with Vegas I guess she can plan a tour that means she won't push herself to risk a flare up. And she can take days off inbetween shows. Plus with much less travelling and stress ti might help her.

The Joanne World Tour kicked off 5 years ago today. It obviously didn't make it all the way round the world but it was spectacular for the dates that did happen!

Posted by: Jord 1st August 2022, 09:39 AM

My Joanne date was the last show of the whole tour!

Such a special night. I took my mam to the Joanne show and she was completely blown away and really loved it. I always feel a tad sad when I think of how much pain she was potentially in during the show though as she completely gave everything. She even performed Bad Romance twice as she wasn’t happy with the performance first time around (I’m sure it was Bad Romance but if anyone who was there can clarify please do!) an amazing show though as all her shows have been.

I can remember so much about this show the Chromatica show honestly feels like a dream I was definitely there but I can’t physically remember being there laugh.gif cry.gif

Posted by: HausEatsGrandma 1st August 2022, 09:48 AM

It was Scheisse she did twice! She was apparently filming it (I thought for a dvd release), but the staging wasn't doing what it was supposed to and she wasn't happy with less than perfect so she redid it!
