Yes, that's a good rule actually. So in your example if you got Terra, you would have to pick an artist that wasn't A.G Cook. I like this because it means that if Ramrynia gets me I can block him from Cady or Katie Sky *.*

Veto rules are going to be standard spinoff (i.e. slightly relaxed compared to normal contest rules but mods/me can still step in and say no to something that's stupidly cheap and well known).

The thing on featured artists, okay, I'm inclined to do what the veto framework does with featured artists/remixers right now. If they significantly contribute to the track, they can be used. They absolutely must have been credited in the contest (i.e. listed in the Songs Of thread) at the least, if they were the uncredited vocalist on something, nah. But I would say to everyone, try to use main artists/significant artists if you can. It would feel a bit antithetical to the spinoff if someone got Persephonia and because Bré entered Robyn on vocals one time used that to enter a Robyn track (and we'd probably nip that in the bud anyway because Robyn but I'm just using it as an example).
