Really excited for Little Mix to hopefully get their fourth chart topper today praying The Vamps have clung on but I think they'll be just outside unfortunately! |

Missed the top 40 this week?
Machine Gun Kelly & Camila Cabello Bad Things - Information Release date: 14-10-2016 Format: digital single Label: Bad Boy/Interscope Records Chart sales: - Sales only chart peak: - Streaming only chart peak: - Video Biography Machine Gun Kelly Richard Colson Baker (born April 22, 1990), better known by his stage names MGK and Machine Gun Kelly, is an American rapper and actor, from Cleveland, Ohio. MGK embarked on a musical career as a teenager, releasing a mixtape in 2006. He would then go on to release four further mixtapes. MGK then secured a recording contract with Bad Boy and Interscope Records in 2011. His major label debut album, Lace Up, was released in October 2012 to positive response from critics. The record contained the singles "Wild Boy", "Invincible", "Stereo", and "Hold On (Shut Up)", and debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200 chart; it was later confirmed to have sold more than 178,000 copies. In early 2015, he released the singles "Till I Die" and "A Little More" for his second studio album, General Admission, which released in October 2015, and also debuted at number four in the US. The album incorporated darker tones, rap rock, R&B, and deep storytelling. MGK has also appeared in various films, starring in Beyond the Lights, as Kid Culprit. He would then star in Roadies as Wesley (aka Wes), before being cast in lead roles in Viral, Punk's Dead: SLC Punk 2 and Nerve. - Wikipedia Camila Cabello Camila Cabello was born in Cuba on March 3, 1997 (age 19).[96] By the time she was five years old, Cabello had lived in Havana and Mexico, before relocating to the US. While growing up she listened to Hispanic artists such as Celia Cruz and Alejandro Fernandez. Cabello auditioned for The X Factor in North Carolina. She first auditioned for the producers' part of the audition and got the call back saying that she will audition for the judges as an alternative, meaning that if after the show, if they were to have time, she would be able to audition. After her audition, she got a 'yes' from all four judges. After elimination during bootcamp, Cabello was called back to the stage along with four other female contestants to form the girl group that would later become known as Fifth Harmony. In November 2015 Cabello released a duet with Canadian singer Shawn Mendes titled "I Know What You Did Last Summer". The song charted at number 20 in the US and 18 in Canada. It was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). In October 2016 Cabello released a joint single with American rapper Machine Gun Kelly called "Bad Things". - Wikipedia Top 100 Chart History Machine Gun Kelly 2016 xx Bad Things (Machine Gun Kelly & Camila Cabello) -1- Camila Cabello 2016 42 I Know What You Did Last Summer (Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello) 2016 xx Bad Things (Machine Gun Kelly & Camila Cabello) Social Media Machine Gun Kelly Camila Cabello |

Spice Girls outselling the rest of the top 6 combined! *.* Also still loving that My Chemical Romance track, even though I far prefer 'Famous Last Words' (that seems forgotten and really under appreciated nowadays!)
Also had no idea Meat Loaf charted at #6 with 'It's All Coming Back To Me Now' exactly 10 years after Celine Dion managed to get to #5 with that song. |

Hey guys Here for the chart and SO ready for the weekend *.*
One year since 'The Hills' was killing it! The struggle of that not being played on the chart for a while before they finally started using the edit. It definitely outdid my expectations with its success! Still sounding amazing a year later 'Be Right There' was a year ago already?? For some reason I was under the impression that it came out after Christmas. Perhaps 'cause 4Music were spamming it a lot at the time Brilliant reworking of the original Jade (*.*) version, anyway! 20 years since 'Say You'll Be There' went to #1 probably my favourite music video of theirs. I actually prefer the song to 'Wannabe' as well! |

New entry predictions~ #1 - Little Mix #12 - Maroon 5 #24 - Fifth Harmony #35 - Galantis #39 - The Vamps Opinions? I think Maroon 5 and 5H are a bit too high, I'm thinking around #15 and #29ish for them maybe? The Vamps will probably be #39/40 if they're lucky but I'm expecting around #42 realistically - should be able to enter in a later week though as this song seems like it might be able to stick around! |
