It's definitely coming!
There's a video of her announcing the release here: https://twitter.com/RitaOra/status/863049879395999745
And it's now available for pre-order of iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/your-song/id1236109564
No false alarm this time
f***ING FINALLY
She better BRING IT
Elton John teas
Yaaaay, hyped at this FINALLY happening! She's basically put out banger after banger since Hot Right Now so I have high hopes for this. Hope it's an undeniable smash like IWNLYD to get the public to take some notice too.
Body On Me is her second best track for me though, mdh!
A pure pop song is what I want but it will obviously be R&B.
Echoing the FINALLY comments.
Really hoping the break doesn't cost her too much in terms of success, I want this comeback to be HUGE.
She'll get a ton of R1 support.
If she's covering Ellie Goulding -facepalm
Lmao she is finally coming, coincidentally, after Calvin allowed her to use the music again!!
Talentless.
Also, I don't think a dance cover of the Ellie Goulding version of Elton John's Your Song is gonna work at all tbh :/
That's like Jonas Blue's niche.
I'm ready!
I will be really pissed off if it's a cover of the Elton song though! Please be amazing.
Well now she's got time for promo now that she ain't doing ANTM anymore
Calvin Harris diss track incoming
it leaked.... and it's a big pop cover of Elton John's original..
OI KNEW IT!!!
Lmao at her doing a Calvin Harris remix version of Ellie Goulding's pop version of Elton John's Your Song!!
Steppin on Jonas Blue's toes!!!
Don't tell me we've been waiting so long for a new Rita single and it turns out to be an Elton John cover version
It's not a cover, it's apparently co-written by Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac!
Yup!
A very small snippet of what I assume to be the start of the song is on Rita's insta, sounds promising just from that.

Cheap Thrills 3.0
I think it's sounding more 'Symphony', but I think it'll fit really nicely in between both 'Symphony' and 'Cheap Thrills'!
I wonder if she'll ever carve out her own music style rather than riding the coattails of others.
omg like 3 seconds of the song and already HRH Queen Sia of inventing tropical pop has to be given a comparison
I adored IWNLYD so hopefully another big tune like that and consider me hyped *.*
I thought everyone thought she was going to do a song with Marshmello
The preview clip sounds like what would have happened if Clean Bandit had produced Work From Home - sounds VERY good from the tiny teaser we have!
WHere can I hear the preview?
Her instagram
I am SO excited for this tomorrow! (Hopefully today!)
COME ON RITA. GRAB THAT 5th NUMBER 1! *.*
It's very radio-friendly, it doesn't quite have that all-out chorus I would like but it has an earworm quality that I imagine will really settle in after a few listens. Very carefree and summery though!
I like the verses a lot more than the chorus. It's not as huge as I was hoping it'd be but I'm loving it all the same.
I'm a few listens in and I can see it being stuck in my head for the rest of the day. And yeah, carefree and summery for sure!
So good to have her back ❤️
I really love it.
Yeah, I understand the comments about the chorus being not as "grand" or as "big" but I really love it.
BIG HIT PLEASE!
YAAAAAAAAS
this is a brilliant comeback*.*
This is fab! Definitely gonna be a defining song for me this summer that I already know I'm gonna have on repeat! *.* <3
Where are people hearing it?
Edit: thanks for the PM's <3 I love it!
Okay I'm already obsessed with this.
I don't like when she sings 'kiss your lips' in the second verse though, you can just tell that's the way Ed sang it and it puts me off, haha.
Can someone pm me with it please??
LOVE IT! YES RITA!!!!!! WELCOME BACK!
Meh, this is the definition of average.
Sounds like it could be an album track on the Zara album.
Pleaseeee could someone pm me this! So excited to hear this.
Could someone pm me this too pls?
Can't fathom the praise for this I can see it being a grower but after 2 listens it's left next to no impression on me.
It's not love on first listen, but it's a pleasant track and I can see it worming its way into my affections soon!
Is Ed Sheeran on this? Whoever it is ruins it a bit
I'm just happy she's gone for a pop banger instead of going R&B again
On first listen I can see this being a grower, but I feel like the chorus will end up as quite the earworm.
This is a catchy little tune and definitely an earworm of a chorus as others have said. I do wish it was a little more explosive like IWNLYD is but it still sounds like it could be a massive hit! I do hope we get a couple R&B tracks on the album in a similar style to Body On Me though (lol, if we EVER get an album that is).
This is so basic - keep it.
It's featured on a Snapchat filter, Queen of Promo
*shrugs* it's pretty nice I guess
I do like quite a few past Ora singles but this is pish- more inoffensive semi-tropical for the spotify charts + where's the chorus
No More Sad Songs + Now and Later
It's cute but so Ed it hurts.
'Pleasant' and 'nice' are exactly the words to describe it. IWNLYD and Poison >>
It's not bad! To me it sounds like a pop Clean Bandit.
Really liking this it's so breezy and feel good !
Sounds like Sheeran is on backing vocals again if you listen to the Chorus.
I love it!
This really is worming its way up my affections with each play
it's nice, certainly a lot more chilled than what I was expecting from her after two years away but it's definitely a smash I think despite using the tired tropical sound that's been infecting everyone's music in the past year. it's instant as well for me. obviously it's no 'I Will Never Let You Down' but it'll do!
Can't get enough of this. Don't even want to know how many times I've played it already 🙃
Absolutely adore the artwork too 👌🏼
I really like it! It feels like ages since I've properly enjoyed a Rita Ora song
This is awful. At least Poison was catchy.
Reminds me of Poison or IWNLYD, chillednouy rnb vibed pop. It's a solid niche and sets her apart. I like it!
Thanks to Jonjo and Cremey for the link too.
where's the chorus?!
🙄🙄🙄
This is already one of my songs of the year.
Still really not getting this, I've given it countless chances but I just find it too basic and doesn't go anywhere. It's alright to the point I wouldn't change the station if it was on the radio and would probably bop if I was in a good mood or drunk, but it's the least I've liked a single of hers where she's the lead (obviously the meh ones like that New York one and Lay Down Your Weapons are worse).
I love it! I love Rita too but it's disappointing she doesn't have a defined sound.
I feel like every release is totally different and I haven't worked out if its a good or bad thing
Really? I feel it's a very natural evolution of the Let You Down / Poison sound. Great single.
Her 1 Big Weekend set was so phenomenal.
That's because it is. Her style now is basic throwaway mellow pop. It won't last the ages but it will keep a fanbase so propa to her. It is very of the moment, designed for radio, inoffensive pop.

This song is perfect with good lyrics. Rita 's Genres is Pop.
Kept hearing this yesterday while doing exhibition set up and the more I heard it the more I liked it. Shocking cause I've never taken to her before.
Future #1?
Yeah this is going to smash. Will 100% guaranteed be a top 3 hit.
This has been such a well managed comeback so far! I don't think it will hit #1 but surely a big top 3 is on the cards with how well it's held up this first week?! Almost top 20 on Spotify already is quite amazing for her.
This is coming for a top 15 debut which is VERY impressive I think, considering Body On Me didn't make the top 20 at any point and Coming Home failed to debut top 40! Hopefully it can hit the top 10 next week and keep climbing from there.
Ok this has finally properly hit me *.* The more I listen to this, the more it really feels "her" which I feel about I Will Never Let You Down as well rather than her earlier work (although Radioactive and How We Do are still my faves from here alongside I Will Never Let You Down). It's refreshing that this is just a breezy pop song not trying to be anything else.
2 on iTunes!!
Doubt this will have much effect as there is a lyric video playing across channels
Very good!
Imma be pissed if she snatches Little Mix's top 10 placing tomorrow though
Why isn't this on her VEVO channel?
The video is nice, but is it just me who think it feels like the video was supposed to be for a different song?
I echo this.
--
Could be its final shot at going top 10 this week! Seems pretty likely it'll move up to 10.
#1 on Hot Hits UK, I'm feeling quite certain it'll be able to snatch a top 10 placing - which will be a great result for a comeback single.
Before release, I predicted that she'll flop in at a #32 peak!
Yeah I'm thinking it could be finally top 10 this week! Fingers crossed anyway.
One of my songs of the year so obvs I would prefer it to be a multi week number 1 but it's done really well for her considering how long she's been away / how shoddily handled her music career has been since the first album.
I actually LOVE the video. I was expecting a bright, summery video too but I think this one actually really suits the song too! Plus she looks incredible and comes across as such a star, she really should be up there with the huge pop girls in my opinion.
STILL can't get into this. It just doesn't go anywhere.
I'm loving it, as someone who is not a Rita fan at all. I'd even say it's possibly running IWNLYD close.
She does look stunning in the video, but it's ridiculous.
Anyone else shocked at how well this is doing? I really thought her chart career was over as she was on The X Factor as a judge. She was seen as a celebrity rather than a singer! Maybe she has Nick Grimshaw to thank.
I was starting to get worried after Body On Me underperforming and her not releasing anything in about a year and a half, so I'm pretty surprised too that she's come back with a top 10 hit in this day and age! Very impressed, and pleased, can't wait for the album (when it eventually comes ).
Well IIRC, the release for Body On Me was very messy, and it was her first OA/OS single after all.
I'm really shocked at how successful this has been! Her having friends in high places has definitely helped, I think.
Body On Me was such an anthem!
I didn't realise Heart were playing this until I heard it in the car earlier!
Video for the Cheat Codes Remix
Prefer Cheat Codes remix I think
This to become a US hit pls
This is such a good song, I hope she cna get an album out this time or maybe she will just continue as a singles artist(?)
I also re-listened to Poison recently and omfg, it is incredible!
I actually really like this. Like the original more than the TeamSalut Afrobeat remix with Burna Boy which says a lot.
'Poison' was crap though, no redeeming features about that one.
It was only a matter of time *.*
Kinda over this now. Still really like it, but I'm ready for something new.
Hopefully Rita Ora (feat. Ed Sheeran) remix doesn't come next. Glad this song has done so well, but ready for the next single now!
Yeah 100%, this is still a bop but please move on Rita
She's performing this, a new version of "I Will Never Let You Down" and a cover of "Like a Virgin" mashed up with a Travis Scott song in the Live Lounge from 12pm.
As much as I love her/this song, I really wish she'd move on and give us the damn album already! I'm happy for "Lonely Together" to smash right now but she NEEDS to release another solo single before 2017 is over!
'Girls' is coming no? I just wished she'd released it before today as that would be the performance we would be getting. Considering they're supposed to be doing a 'current single' and this came out in May, it's not really that current anymore
Interesting choice of mash-up. Decent performance overall.
