Top 100 for the 2nd May 2020

Pete's Chart Commentary
This is the first time in a LONG time that I can say that all of my Top 3 would be worthy of the #1 position (as opposed to a couple of weeks ago when even my #1 wasn't worthy of it ), and the margin Declan had over San Cisco was genuinely tiny. The chart this week pretty much represents a clearout, as no songs in my Top 5 have been in the Top 40 more than 4 weeks and 8 new entries crack the Top 40. In a twist of fate, the vast majority of my Top 40 entries are dance songs, including two from Kygo, who in turn gets Zara Larsson her first Top 40 hit in over 3 years. Speaking of acts taking long breaks from my chart, this is the first chart hit for Parov Stelar and Bullysongs in FOUR years.

The bottom half of the chart is less eventful but there are a couple of PFSC entries making their way in.
