Hi Jade!
Nice to see Old Friends sticking about - I'm really getting into Elderbrook's stuff recently! I think I'll be following them more than CamelPhat from now on Just given Javelin a listen - the vocal reminds me very much of Bakermat - Teach Me, maybe a connection there? Nice song anyway. Just learnt that Alexa doesn't understand when I say 'play MAH by the Chemical Brothers', however I pronounce it The first bit is a bit hard to listen to but then the drop and everything that comes after it is very much them. Great chart |

Glad to see BMTH enter! Hey there WhoOdyssey Haha, I thought you might approve of that but yeah, a very instant song for me, unlike 'Mantra' which took a bit of time to click! I get the 'more poppy direction' comments. Thank you for commenting <3 Hi Jade! Nice to see Old Friends sticking about - I'm really getting into Elderbrook's stuff recently! Great chart Hey there Pete Indeed, 'Old Friend' is an absolute tune and I can't imagine myself tiring of it any time soon! Glad to hear that you're getting into Elderbrook recently *.* 'Capricorn' was a huge highlight for me last year <3 fair enough, both CamelPhat and Elderbrook have been incredibly consistent for me from what I've heard! Omg 'Teach Me', what a throwback! I really liked that at the time <3 but probably haven't heard it since 2014 haha. Apparently that sampled a lady called Shirley Caesar and this samples LaShun Pace. Shall definitely look out for any similarities on future listens as I'm intrigued now !! Hahaha at that, poor Alexa briefly depriving you of this banger interesting comment anyway, they seem to be into spoken-word vocals this era which does feel like a different direction for them! I do agree that the production is very them though, definitely the highlight of the song <3 so excited to see them live in November ahhhh! thank you for commenting <3 |

Hello Jade! Nice to see "Wow" in the top 10 and the big gain for "E-Lo"! I also like the debuts for "Javelin", "Losing It" and "Medicine"! Great chart! Hey there Serge! A lot of Post Malone's upbeat songs (opposed to the likes of 'I Fall Apart' and 'Stay') usually take a bit of time to properly hit me and 'Wow.' is yet another one of those enjoying it more and more with each listen, hooray for another hit in the bag for him! 'E-Lo' has properly hit me this week also, it's so interesting and an earworm <3 Glad that you approve of those new entries! It's been quite a dance-heavy week for newies this time haha. thank you for commenting <3 |

Thank you for providing a few curated tunes to pad out my return to the personal charts forum the likes of MJ Cole, Elderbrook, Shy FX and Grimes/HANA are some great tracks that I might have never got around to listening to otherwise #lazy.
Good to see Posty and J.I.D climbing into your top 10, very happy you've taken so much to the latter since I recommended it to you *.* also great to see Los Unidades getting a big new peak and some top notch dance songs (+ the very not dance 'a lot') entering, 'MAH' in particular is a brilliant track, I must get around to hearing the other single they dropped recently at some point ~ And of course BROCKHAMPTON still hanging on in the top 10 while I've reverted to flop fan status by deciding not to include it in my comeback chart at all! (Has been a few weeks since I last listened to it in fairness ) |

(Has been a few weeks since I last listened to it in fairness ) Hey there Bray Haha, no problem whatsoever, I'm glad that my chart is appreciated by you to this extent *.* nsync taste goals. Those are all tunes of life so I couldn't have you missing out on them well I guess you'd have heard the short clips of them in my videos but yes their glory must be experienced in full. Of course you returned the favour by recommending me some songs too! 'Off Deez' was an instant hit for me and it's only getting better and better, what a promising talent J.I.D is. Looking forward to a brand new year of Persephonian artists to discover, starting with mystery Italian entry speaking of songs getting better and better... yay 'E-Lo'! Glad you liked that so much, we both need to check out the EP at some point as I've been a right flop with that myself Oh yes do check out 'Free Yourself' by The Chemical Brothers, it incorporates a similar formula to this song really with spoken-word vocals and big beats! Bring on November for our concert adventure <3 lastly, 'J'OUVERT' continues to amaze me even with the revelation that Merlin doesn't say the "excuse we" part x they need to release the next part of the trilogy ASAP so you can chart them for the first time! (I think? were they in that 2017 comeback chart of yours haha) thank you for commenting <3 great to see Mark Cyrus gain again, possible #1 next week? it's also at #2 in my chart this week. new Elderbrook and JID is growing for me and I really like the new Post Malone song. great to see Adelphi Music Factory and Fisher make the chart too! hey there Dan 'Nothing Breaks Like A Heart' is an absolute tune that gets better and better as I discover more to it, like certain production flourishes. I feel like it's going to be difficult for anything to topple 'Waking Up' for a little while in all honesty, it's just too mesmerising for me right now <3 yay for the snap #2 in our charts *.* Great stuff @ the growers and yay for Posty appreciation, he never seems to put a foot wrong, I bet he'd be great to see live with his repertoire to date (well I can't speak for the country stuff actually ). Also, yesss, 'Javelin' has made a very positive impact on me quickly, a brilliant uplifting dance song in amongst the January blues thank you for commenting <3 02. Mark Ronson - Nothing Breaks Like A Heart (feat. Miley Cyrus) [37-09-04-02] (Really liking Miley's Americana vocal style) 04. SHY FX - Roll The Dice (feat. Stamina MC & Lily Allen) [02-02-03-04] (Nice to see Stamina MC return to the airwaves. Loved his vocals in DJ Marky's 2002 track LK and D Kay and Epsilon's 2003 track Barcelona) 05. Also, have you heard of Pitbull's remix of Dame Tu Cosita? Hey there Dalek Glad to see that you're liking so much here and thanks for the lil comments! 'Barcelona' is an absolute tune of LIFE but 'LK' has totally passed me by so I'll have to check that one out also, snap with owning 'No Tourists' on clear violet vinyl (ty Bray <3) and being hyped for the new Chemical Brothers album, need to get used to it ahead of the tour later in the year. Great picks from the chart flashback too, I think 'Rather Be' has held up as my favourite of those songs now. Also I most certainly have heard that Pitbull remix - it may or may not have been a top 10 hit in my chart iconic. thank you for commenting <3 |

Hi Jade
I'm loving the Little Mix songs. Especially happy to see Joan Of Arc was a #1 here; that's growing on me massively at the moment. Is that the Mr Hudson on the Vic Mensa track. I certainly need to check that one out as I haven't heard about him for years and Vic Mensa has released a couple of tunes in the past. Great chart |
