18 5.43 Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)
We wanna thank you: HarryEzra (10), JosephAvery (8.5)

Released only in some countries, Big Brovaz's cover of the oddly spelt Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin) featured in Scooby Doo 2 during a dance scene with Scooby (they also perform Nu Flow briefly beforehand). In the UK, the track was the b-side to We Wanna Thank You (The Things You Do).
17 5.65 Big Bro Thang
We wanna thank you: Juranamo (11), JosephAvery, Cucumberella (9)
Yours fatally: jakewild, Scene (2), gavindeejay, Juliano (3)
The final Big Brovaz single, and the third from their sophomore album Re-Entry, Big Bro Thang was interestingly one of the contenders for the United Kingdom's Eurovision entry in 2007. They finished third, beaten by Cyndi and eventual winners Scooch. The track only peaked at #171 in the charts, being the first not to have a CD single (oh how times have changed!).
A forgettable bottom two, no losses so far! Hopefully the Nu Flow album has good representation in the top 10, that album was my childhood
16 6.34 Hangin' Around
We wanna thank you: JosephAvery (9), Cucumberella, Jack, Mack (8)
Yours fatally: Theo (3), MÿrtleSnow (4)
Re-Entry singles are dropping like flies (it's a very underrated album!!), as the second release Hangin' Around comes sixteenth. This track came almost two years after lead single Yours Fatally, and in that time Dion had left the group, leaving them as a four-piece. Hangin' Around became their first single to miss the top 40, peaking at a very disappointing #57.
Can we just null and void this rate for what song finished last??
15 6.69 We Wanna Thank You (The Things You Do)
We wanna thank you: JosephAvery (11), HarryEzra, Jack (8.5)
Yours fatally: gavindeejay (3), Tawdry Hepburn (4)
Though it only features in the credits as opposed to the scene in which Big Brovaz star, We Wanna Thank You was the single to promote Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. The video features scenes from the movie as well as Scooby himself *.* The track failed to catch on though, peaking only at #17, their lowest peaking track to date.
14 6.70 OK
We wanna thank you: Rossco (10), Theo (9.5)

The first single from Nu Flow to drop out is the second single, OK. I'm surprised this one is out quite so soon I must admit, it feels quite underrated! The track peaked at #7 in the UK, the second of their four top 10 hits. The original version of OK was released on the Nu Flow album in November 2002, but for the release of the single, it received a revamp that was included on a re-issue of the album (the first of two re-issues...!).
OK is a BOP! Should be higher
I can't believe these low songs are getting 9s and 11s! Y'all are tok generous xo
Boogie 2nite to win!
We Wanna Thankyou and OK are bops!
13 6.95 Ain't What You Do
We wanna thank you: jakewild, Alex! (9), Scene (8.5)
Yours fatally: MÿrtleSnow (3), gavindeejay, Cucumberella, SamJudd (5)
More Big Brovaz and this time it's the final single from Nu Flow. Ain't What You Do samples "It Ain't What You Do (It's the Way That You Do It)", a collaboration between Fun Boy Three and Bananarama. It became the group's first single to miss the top 10, a place they'd never return to afterwards.
12 7.17 This Night
We wanna thank you: jakewild, SamJudd (10), JosephAvery (9)
Yours fatally: Scene (3), HarryEzra, MÿrtleSnow, Jack, Mack (6)
The first Booty Luv single to drop out falls short of the top 10, and it's perhaps little surprise as this is one of the least known tracks on the list, but that didn't stop it receiving two 10s. This Night was their first single in two years, after departing Hed Kandi and Ministry of Sound following Say It's flop, and according to Wikipedia is classified as a "promo single" (of course, a reputable source x). Unfortunately the track didn't end up getting anywhere, and only has a whopping 338 likes on YouTube.
11 7.36 Yours Fatally
We wanna thank you: Jay (10), JosephAvery, MÿrtleSnow (9)
Yours fatally: gavindeejay, Mack (4), Jack (5)
Less than a year after the Nu Flow era finished with the release of Ain't What You Do, and with We Wanna Thank You to tide things over in the mean time, Big Brovaz returned in September 2004 with Yours Fatally, the lead single from their second album. Things were slightly different though - Flawless (he came for the doe x) had been sacked from the group after being found smuggling cannabis from LAX to the UK. Yours Fatally saw a more sombre tone for the group, and peaked at #15 in the UK. The group were then dropped, and the second album didn't materialise until 2007, though Yours Fatally remained a part of it!
One of their best... a shame it was slept on (#15 for the time really wasn't a good result).
Justice for Yours Fatally!
10 7.68 Baby Boy
We wanna thank you: SamJudd (11), Juliano, Jay, vibe (10)
Yours fatally: Tawdry Hepburn, jakewild (3), ElectroBoy (5)
The fourth single from Nu Flow was a ballad in the form of Baby Boy, a heartfelt song that saw Big Brovaz into the UK top 10 for the final time. Baby Boy peaked at #4 for two weeks and spent five weeks in the top 10, the most for any Big Brovaz single. Recently, member J-Rock re-recorded the song as part of a campaign and TV show about autism awareness. A heartfelt gesture although the original remains the best version of course.
9 7.69 Black Widow
We wanna thank you: jakewild, SamJudd, Juranamo (10), Alex! (9.5)
Yours fatally: Scene (1), Mack, Liam, MÿrtleSnow, Cucumberella (7)
The newest track in the rate comes from Booty Luv's 2013 release Black Widow. Intended as the proper kickstart to a second era (after Say It underperformed and This Night made little impact), Black Widow was released through Pierce Entertainment and didn't trouble any chart (except the top 5 of the "Dance & Urban Club Chart" according to Wiki lol). It's interesting to see the disparity between the two lowest scores - Scene gave this a 1, but nobody else scored it below a 7!
The music video for Baby Boy is genius! *.* A cute bop
Baby Boy should be higher
'Baby Boy' is very... syrupy.
8 7.79 Dance, Dance
We wanna thank you: Cucumberella, jakewild, SamJudd, Juranamo (10), Theo, Jay (8.5)
Yours fatally: Scene (3), vibe (6)
Now for the first to drop out of five singles from Booty Luv's album. Dance, Dance was the final single, released only in some European countries. It charted at #27 in the Dutch chart but didn't obtain any other chart success. Would've been nice to see it get a UK release I think, especially as by this point it was only their second original track!
7 8.30 Favourite Things
We wanna thank you: Jay, Scene, Mack (11), jakewild, SamJudd, JosephAvery, HarryEzra, Jack, Theo (10)
Yours fatally: Tawdry Hepburn (1), gavindeejay, Rossco (2)
The second highest Big Brovaz song in the rate, Favourite Things proved polarising in the rate. It received three 11s and plenty of 10s, but also scores as low as 1 and 2 (what's the deal, guys???? ). Favourite Things was included on the third edition of the Nu Flow album, and released as the third single, peaking at #2, the best position achieved by any Big Brovaz or Booty Luv single (tied with Boogie 2Nite). Of course, Favourite Things samples My Favorite Things from The Sound of Music. The group also did a direct cover of the original, which features as a b-side on the single and a hidden track on version three of Nu Flow.
6 8.68 Say It
We wanna thank you: ElectroBoy (11), Liam, jakewild, JosephAvery, HarryEzra, Juranamo (10)
Yours fatally: Scene (4.5), Mack, vibe, Cucumberella (7)
Just missing the top 5, with some seriously good averages happening now, Say It was the final Booty Luv hit single. Their last release through Hed Kandi, Say It peaked at #16, unfortunately only spending three weeks top 40. Their supposed second album got pushed back and ultimately never arrived. Say It is one of the most underrated pop songs of the past 10 years I think (it just about fits in to that timeframe!), deserved a lot better!
YOUR TOP 5
Boogie 2Nite
Don't Mess With My Man
Nu Flow
Shine
Some Kinda Rush
amazing top 5
Shocked that Favourite Things is below Nu Flow here although I think I just about prefer the latter. I'm sure it'll be fifth though behind the four Booty Luv songs
Time to get this finished!
5 8.78 Shine
We wanna thank you: Juliano (11), jakewild, SamJudd, JosephAvery, Cucumberella, Juranamo (10)
Yours fatally: MÿrtleSnow, gavindeejay, Rossco, Alex! (7), Scene (7.5)
The second Booty Luv single comes fifth in the overall rate, and fourth out of their eight singles. Shine is the most recent top 10 hit in this rate (depressing!), peaking at #10 for two weeks in 2007. It's a cover of a Luther Vandross song from only the year before, and while it only peaked at #50, the Freemasons club remix was popular on dance radio and Hed Kandi and Booty Luv capitalised on that with this cover.
4 8.83 Don't Mess With My Man
We wanna thank you: Cucumberella (11), gavindeejay, jakewild, Juliano, Scene, Juranamo (10)
Yours fatally: Tawdry Hepburn, Rossco, Alex!, HarryEzra (7), vibe, Jack (8)
The final of three covers to be released by Booty Luv, Don't Mess With My Man was originally performed by Lucy Pearl, peaking at #20 in 2000. Booty Luv's version managed to go higher, but it peaked at the rather gutting #11 position.
3 8.95 Nu Flow
We wanna thank you: HarryEzra, Theo (11), gavindeejay, jakewild, SamJudd, Juliano, JosephAvery, Scene, Juranamo (10)
Yours fatally: Rossco (5), Cucumberella, Mack (7)
The song that started it off! Nu Flow was the title track of the first Big Brovaz album, and came out in October 2002. It peaked at #3, becoming the first of six top 10 hits in this rate, and was certified silver. It's undoubtedly one of my favourite debut singles by any artist, with every member of the group introducing themselves with their own verse. A very inspired track and I'm delighted to see it finishing as the top Big Brovaz song!
BOOGIE 2NITE vs SOME KINDA RUSH - what will win?
I really liked ‘Don’t Mess With My Man’ so happy it made the Top 5 here! Not surprised at New Flow being the top BB song and deservingly so.
2 9.08 Some Kinda Rush
We wanna thank you: Tawdry Hepburn, MÿrtleSnow (11), gavindeejay, JosephAvery, Cucumberella, Jack, Theo, Juranamo (10)
Yours fatally: Scene (4.5), Alex! (7.5)
The first original single by Booty Luv was their fourth release overall, and it finishes in a comfortable 2nd place in this rate. It peaked at #19 for two weeks, which seems disappointing on paper though it outlasted the top 40 run of Don't Mess With My Man (#11) and matched Shine (#10) on 7 weeks, so it had good longevity!
1 9.70 Boogie 2Nite
We wanna thank you: Liam, gavindeejay, jakewild (11), Rossco, SamJudd, Juliano, ElectroBoy, JosephAvery, Jay, HarryEzra, MÿrtleSnow, Cucumberella, vibe, Mack, Theo, Juranamo (10)
Yours fatally: Scene (7), Tawdry Hepburn, Alex!, Jack (8)
Interesting to note that everybody's name is mentioned above there. Every single person gave Boogie 2Nite a score of 11, 10, 8 or 7!
Booty Luv's first single was a cover of a song by Tweet, released in 2002 and peaking at a whopping #167 (!) in 2006 when Booty Luv's version began promotion. Nadia and Cherise were approached during early recordings of Big Brovaz's Re-Entry album to record a Boogie 2Nite cover, intended only as a promotional track for the Hed Kandi label. It ultimately received a full release and peaked at #2, with the Seamus Haji remix serving as the main version (though the DB Boulevard version was the main video version, and my personal favourite remix of the song!). Their contract with Hed Kandi was extended after the success of Boogie 2Nite, which spent a huge 16 weeks in the top 40.

Thanks to everyone who participated!! A very worthy winner and an excellent batch of songs all round
Very worthy winner there. Also happy SKR made Top 2. Thanks for hosting!
I'm kinda surprised that Boogie 2nite won, whilst I obviously love it, I do just prefer Some Kinda Rush. I would have liked Nu Flow to trouble the top two but I can't really complain at top three!
Thanks for running this, Joseph!
