I die that the single b-side to What Are You Waiting For has had 15,000,000 streams while the actual single has 2,000,000!

Shame All Fired Up doesn't get more streams as it should be there with Ego, Higher and What About Us!

Why are the streams for 808 so high? I assumed it was because it's on the Greatest Hits and people would have just let that play in full but Walking Through the Dessert only has about 1m so that theory doesn't hold...

Today after about 11 years, my streams for 'Ego' overtook 'Higher' on my Last.fm, it became my 3rd most streamed song of all time, that song is still so f'ing good. I feel 'Higher' aged worse.

Speaking of "Ego", it is now certified Platinum in the UK for selling 600,000 units! Their third Platinum single after "What About Us" and "Higher".

It’s quite astounding how The Saturdays discography keeps selling! It does a lot better than many of their peers of the time I’m suitably impressed.

A few days late, but 'Chasing Lights' has turned 15 years old. I bought the album at the time but haven't heard it in years, all the singles are great though - yes, even their 'Just Can't Get Enough' cover - and I know I loved the title track too. I remember watching the 'Up' video and thinking "wow, these girls are going to be the next big girlband", the different colours felt like such a simple yet effective - hell, not even original - marketing strategy.

I have to relisten to the title track and then another 4 or 5 times on loop. Always wished they'd done a single mix where each of the girls sang the verses instead of just a Ness solo with backing vocalists.

Ego is currently being used in a fair few tiktoks, there’s been over 3,000 videos made with it in the past couple of days & a few of them doing really well. It’s still so nice to still hear their music being used after all these years.

I wouldn't mind seeing it creep back onto the charts. It's one of their very best. I do miss them so much.

I mean in the past week there’s been nearly 10,000 tiktoks made with it in, so will definitely help with people streaming but highly doubt it would go back into the charts unfortunately.
