Switzerland could even win, yet. It makes me think of "Heroes"/Måns Zelmerlöw with how big an entry it sounds.

It's never been one of my favourites this year, but I'm absolutely delighted for them. Their best result in Eurovisoin, and really, it was a song that was performed the hell out of by the contestant, and was clearly an emotional affair for her. It was absolutely adorable to see her reactions to being in the lead and all the 12 points they were getting from the jury votes. I'm absolutely delighted for them and I feel it IS deserved. On a side note, my boyfriend, who I'm trying to get in to Eurovision, absolutely loved the North Macedonian entry, he voted for them and everything, I was astonished at all of this cos he seems to have this whole "I'm cool, I like Ibiza music and grime" air about him, but that song he really took to and I was like "yeah it's alright... but really ???" I was so shocked  but NOW I get it tbf

Indeed, Tamara’s delighted reactions (she’s seemed one of the loveliest contestants throughout) and it being the first Macedonian top 10 at all would have I thought made it a surprise that was very hard to dislike even if you didn’t like the song. But the song itself, perfect emotions for such a success. It’s a lot ‘cleaner’ as well as in English, but this is basically North Macedonia’s ‘Suus’ with the amount of emotion on display.
