Billboard has revealed that 5SOS are currently unsigned after their departure from Interscope between December of last year and February of this year and they are represented by YM&U Group managers Joel Mark and Peter Katsis now. Their previous management was Modest.

They also announced plans for a new album during Twitter's Spaces and Instagram Live.

The band's new album doesn't have a label signed on yet, but the managers say there's already early interest and calls this "one of those transitional periods" for the group. In the meantime, says Katsis, "We're structuring touring for next year to coincide with their record."

I didn't think they were doing badly enough to get dropped!

Pretty sure they chose to leave rather than were dropped, they sell out arena tours!

And Ashton said something along the lines of not being too happy with managerial desicions recently.

I was just thinking that surely now is better than ever to go back to their pop-punk sound, get Travis Barker involved if they have to!
