So I can now reveal that Séyetana were NOT behind Beaverdonia as Michael thought, but instead St. Burbia, choosing to attempt to get justice for Basenji. FSR Rontvia decided to go down the country route for Harmonica. It's dance bloc domination at the top so far with Dobago and S DNLD getting the first two sets of +18s and Bøtanikkä getting enough points to currently lead also.

Meanwhile big points to "Florina" from both voters get them into the top 3 (but not Florina's actual entry which I can now reveal sits in =14th) and "Holland-Oats" also could contend as they're only 4 points behind the current leader. Meanwhile Flynnonda don't get any additional points so for now sit on 13 from just one voter, of course that being Séyetana who they recycled from.

I nearly sent C2C to BJSC back in 83 but then reconfirmed so that never saw the light of day. I'm glad I had this opportunity to unleash 'Delta'! Now I can say thanks Izzles, Klaus and Dexton DANCE WITH THE DEAD was such a brilliant choice from Leo btw. There's no way that wasn't going to get my top marks, as I was such a stan of 'Waves' and this wasn't too different to that.

More big points for Quintessa put them straight into first, while "Fljotavik" and "Holland-Oats" hold their positions in the top 3 and "Ultraviolenceland" drops to 4th. Our entry disguised as FSR Rontvia's slips down to 7th (not bad considering we couldn't vote for it!) though Terra Avium's isn't having such luck at the moment, down in the bottom ten. "Niceland" and "FARC" get nice boosts into the top ten too. Ten votes in however and we still don't have any points for Real FSR Rontiva or Fake Beaverdonia yet.

yep I was one of those evil people that sent a ten minute plus song, you're all welcome xx No regrets, you need to hear the full version to get the whole experience and it's a wonderful one, was extremely pleased I managed to explore her more as I've always wanted to and a take on the Four Seasons was a wonderful way to start Probably not very Trifoski, but I had too much choice there and that one was way too underappreciated the first time around.

Not me being Stockholm Noir after making fun of people still trying to send them to the main contest after being vetoed 84 times. x (I just couldn't find anything near as good by more original artist choices though! I was also considering sending Hannah Georgas' 'Evelyn' which would have been a little more typical of FARC, I've sent that to the PopJustice Song Contest instead though x)

Another great Harmonica entry, they're very good at this Masquerade thing!

I was worried at first as of course I hadn't really been in the contest while you've been entering so I wasn't really sure on your style, and for some reason I thought it was mainly dancepop. However, I'd been looking at Smallpools at a potential for the main contest before I realised they'd been entered a few times and I only later realised once by yourself!! I then stumbled upon the remix with The Aces and fell in love. It's definitely one of my favourites out of everything I've entered so thank you

Flynnonda are back in the lead as "Land of DW" enter the top five. Both revealed countries are inside the top 10 with Fljótavík getting a nice boost from FARC's 18. Fljótavík were behind Niceland, and originally sent Hooverphonic before I found that the song had already been sent to a very early edition of BJSC. FARC were behind Cowtermont, which is no surprise to Bray who was part of the contingency plan when FARC missed the original confirmation deadline.

I actually had ~insider information~ and knew that it was FARC behind Cowtermont, because when it looked like FARC might not confirm I offered to switch my entry to one for FARC's allocated country as a contingency plan to make sure no one was left out (my Cowtermont entry was going to be REZZ - Edge, I don't think that would have done as well as 'Feed Me Diamonds' though, or 'Parvaz Kon' for that matter). Not surprised at being snubbed by real FARC!

Some much needed big points for my entry brings me back in the top five! Meanwhile Lotunia attempt to challenge for the top as they now get into silver position, and Cadelicia also join the top five. Dobago aren't having such luck as they're currently in the bottom 10, though they got incredibly lucky to have their favourite nation to recycle. Jupiterdonia are also on the cusp of bottom ten with one of the ~cheaper entries of the contest (but a good song, should be doing better as should Dobago).

I was in the other semi, of course...
My top 3 were Holy Two, Ecca Vandal and Fakear, but I was 100% sure that I want to recycle a dnq, so Fakear was out.
I checked out basically everything, really wanted to find something awesome from Alvia Islandia or A_GIM particularly as I really loved 'Sugar Complex' and 'Rajka', but I didn't find anything that's worth sending.

haha and I recycled you and both fake me and real me are also in the bottom 10 I believe real me also came bottom 10 in the first edition of this... Willing to be corrected tho, ofc. It was my pleasure to recycle you btw, I found several other songs I really liked, e.g. T2Kazuya - Quiescence which would've been my 2nd choice, it's bizarrely good. Dave Ramone - Geisha was another one I really enjoyed, among others.

Eek at the finish for me and fake me, Killer In The Mirror was a great discovery for me anyway so this was a good spin-off, and as I said I got to really like Don't Say You Do.

Wow, congrats Harry, certainly way overdue for some BJSC success! 'Gimme Chocolate!' was one of many strong entries we couldn't fit in our votes, not that you needed them.

I'm so pleased with 16th for 'Cold Skin', was genuinely expecting bottom 10 although being last in the running order seemed like a potential advantage. I really wanted to send a Young Summer song but knew that was one of Klaus's least favorite entries so went with my second fave Echos instead.

I'm quite baffled at Red 5 ending up bottom 5, deserved much much better. Other than that I'm not too disappointed at how my faves did. Also surprised at the Giorgio Moroder/Sia track finishing 29th! Kinda thought it'd be top 10 on Sia's name alone, but it was worthy of top 20 at least.

This was very well run and the results were excellently presented, cheers Dan! Masquerade is such an enjoyable spin-off

It's not dirtied at all, a country ballad was always going to be a niche entry I absolutely love the lyrics and will definitely keep listening to it, so no disappointment on my end whatsoever!

Will leave Dan to post the finalised scoreboard when he comes back online tomorrow, only a couple of other minor corrections but it affects nothing in the top 10 apart from BABYMETAL actually having 9 more points, so Harry's win was by an even larger margin

So hooray for Stockholm Noir hanging onto the top 10 indeed, delighted with that result <3 a tiny bit gutted that DANCE WITH THE DEAD fell out of the top 3 at the end (especially as I didn't love either of the songs in 2nd or 3rd in the end oops) but at least it's a second top 5 result for them, and just having both me and fake me in the top 10 is pretty *.* also great to see Rainmode in the top 5 and The Knife, RAM and CONTACT all in the top 10! So close for C2C as well </3

Anyway, I am so claiming that as a half win (as ORIGINAL MASTER OF CEREMONIES it’s fitting x), Séyetana recycles are the best, and very well done Harry, great song of course and awesome winner. My revenge against Meekul is, as Dandy pointed out, so fitting.

I did get a bit of a tougher draw with St. Burbia and couldn’t really find a very burbe-ish song, sorry but I’m pleased with how I actually did, it’s a cute little pop song, it reminds me a bit of Grimes and 17th’s a finish I’m very happy with. Great second edition.

As if Fake Holland Oats was (very very) briefly #1 *.* not a fake entry performing better than any of my real ones x Art vs Science was a 10/10 choice though so good job picking someone I’ve never even entered

Quite happy with my (Rolloland) own entry too, it was a hard pool of songs to pick from but I settled on something I enjoyed and it looks like some others did too

Congrats Harry! A well deserved win, and thanks for hosting dan! I felt there was a bit more excitement to this spin off than the others I’ve done so far
